My family and I have lived here for 5 years we planned on moving April 1st . Then the pandemic happened the crazy owners wife cut off the power for the 3rd time which is against the law, not caring that we have 3 small children. They should be ashamed of them selfs. Karma always comes back around .

I loved this place when I stayed for 2 in a half years I had awsome friends and all sorts of stuff

Its a place and the owners will work with you on getting a place but they dont enforce the rules they have iv see people break the rules countless times and they still get away with it. Also the park owners dont have the trailers inspected befor someone move in one and most trailers out here dont have titles to them and they want everyone to have home insurance on them well with no titles you cant not and the park owners should be responsible on getting titles for those trailers but they wont and no one is hardly at the office and both owners work also so no one is here to talk to when need them and they hardly answer phone calls so times it would take few days or weeks befor the owners will do anything. This place is falling apart and is becoming a place not live in.
