Lovely and peaceful. A perfect place to relax right next to the Anschutz Campus.

Nice park especially if you have someone at University or childrens hospital, its a nice close getaway to get some space and let the kids get energy out. Kind of an oasis right off colfax. There are bathrooms, picnic tables and nice big grills plus a little duck pond. Please remember to clean up after yourselves. Cheers

Nice park, covered tables also clean. Toys for the kids a little pond lots of ducks. Nice to walk around the park. Parking was not all that great parking lot filled with construction workers from across the street also employees from the hospitals.

It is a nice park in a rough part of town. Decent enough to spend your lunch work at but I would NOT take your kids here due to trash and needles left behind by citizens currently experienced homelessness.Seriously, I wouldn’t.

Used to come here with my father when it was still Lowry. Hed always bring us fishing there. Cool to see that the geese are still around.

Good luck finding parking here. With all the parking lot construction at CU hospital, the spots here are all taken by the hospital

Nice place to go take an afternoon stroll while you are waiting for your loved ones at on of the three hospitals in the area

We didnt spend much time at the park, but it was beautiful and well taken care of. Plenty of picnic tables and numerous charcoal grills, plus a gorgeous pond and an awesome playground area for the kiddos!

Very nice and quiet, especially around the pond. They even have portable toilets.

Love to walk to this park. It is actually very nice. I just hope people would STOP trowing things into the pond.

Quite a bit of covered bbq/sitting areas. Playground is adequate and the pond is nice.

This is a great park for family gatherings. The playground is well equipped. My children always have a great time here.

Nice park but several homeless people were set up under all gazebospreventing the use of them.

Trashy park is average.Nice park; it would be even better if there wasnt trash all over the place.Trash in the pond, trash on the playground. Soda cans at the end of the slide.Trash gathered among the rocks at the pond.Dead crawfish remains (someone had a boil or something!) scattered on the ground.Overall, lovely grounds. Just needs daily maintenance.

A nice place for parties. Did notice several homeless people. And it would be nice if the pond was treated and not gross green. Otherwise quiet and a nice playground for the kids.

Lots of homeless people hanging out a little too close to the play area. Other patrons trashing the picnic area and letting dogs run without leashes.

The park is clean, and well kept. There is a nice play ground and a large pond that is usually full of geese. Over all it is a good park to have a get together for all ages.

Its a park But if your homeless stay way from the playground theirs 2 other sheltered picnic areas you can be.

Fun park and beaut green space and man made lake with lots of geese (and goose poop). If you’re waiting for someone at University or Children’s Hospital, it’s right there and usually not crowded. There often seem to be homeless folk stopping by but I’ve never had any safety concerns.

Great place to visit with friends and family .picnicks and fun activity slides swings etc.

Fun park and the cops do watch out for people who are doing wrong. I dont mind taking my baby girl here

Nice and close to my home

This park unlike most other parts in Denver Aurora area has electrical outlets. Excellent party areas with huge grills ideal for large parties. Nice quiet Park located on East Colfax. A place where you could take your kids without too many creeps lurking around. This park has a pond and usually plenty of geese.

I was on Campus for a month in the hospital! My son and I went every sunday. We adored the geese and loved the little pond.

We love this park! Its clean and quiet, has a very nice play area for kids and plenty of seating next to BBQ grills.

Small but the kids love it. There are constantly police patrolling during the day so you feel very safe!
