There is a peaceful place.

Clean, kids loved it. Best part was there is more than just baby swings. Which the kids also loved.

Its a clean park, a little small, but was enjoyable to be at. Nice jungle gym and grassy area. This park could use some new tables though...

Great for family fun

Great park. My son always calls it the lions head park. 2 different playground makes it nice for little kids and older. Nice big open grass area for sports. Several stone picnic tables and a couple grills. Usually three drinking fountain works so thats great on a hot day.

Great park. Offers variety of playground equipment, plus multiple areas to play. Plenty of bench seating for parents. One Public unisex bathroom. Drinking fountain (only available in summer). Large grassy field. **Biggest concern would be traffic when exciting the vehicle.

Quiet. Families just chillin..

Good playgrounds for kids. Lots to do. Larado is a busier street than I expected.

Nice little park. We were on vacation and my service dog needed some exercise after our trip up from Texas. We were the only ones there and it was a nice green space for us to let her run off some energy!Always remember to pick up after your pet!

My kids love this park because there is so much for them to do and explore. The playground is so big and I love how it has sets for different age groups.

Peace and quiet

Not a particularly big park, but it was cool.

Cool park not so cool older kids hanging around it.

Small park, but it has everything that you might need. Grills, playground and also plenty of grass to play or bring your pet. It does get full sometimes, even during the week, so if you are planning to do a birthday or so please come with plenty of time to set aside some space.

I have came here several time with my kids. I love that the floor is nice and soft and not all mulch. They have different play areas for all ages to enjoy. Also lots of shade because of the big trees which is great on sunny/hot days.

My son really enjoyed playing there. Very nice clean big Park. To playground, nice walking path.

Never been in the park but have driven by the park on my way to an appointment. Appears to be a nice park from what I can see when I drive by.

Lots of open space, decent playground equipment, taples and grills for BBQs.

The park is very nice and quiet. The playground is really nice for the kids and there are 3 or 4 barbeque grills. There is also an open area for games like football or soccer. Its not a huge park, but that makes nice, especially for families.

Wood chips instead of sand? All this dispensary money & we cant get sand! Water fountain is broke. Theres a restroom. Its o.k. Great park for soocer. Volleyball. Grass is always well groomed!

Best lil park

4 picnic tables. In the winter a few geese there so the grass may be messy. In the summers birthday party fest with the Mexican crowd.. be friendly maybe get a killer taco.. lol

Great park but its close to a semi busy road. No danger to kids unless your little one is a runner or youre a bad parent

This is a very nice clean and fun park to take your kids or to have a nice party or event at.

Clean, age based playgrounds, plenty of benches, large trees for shade.

Needs a clean restroom of some sort and a water fountain other than that it is a great location for BBQ and parties very spacious playground is close to tables and benches great for families with kids if different ages

Small an unsafe everything was fenced off. Good thing ages 3-6years old can make up games. But they got board fast 20min max....

It was fun for my lirltte brother

The porter potty closed location is never cleaned. They do not lock it at night so anyone can go in there. There is always trash all over the ground. Including tools. The lion water fountain has been out of order for a few years now and there hasnt been any up date to this park. Teens and young adults park at all hours of the day outside of the park to smoke week and dump their lunch on the side of the road. An older gentlemen which is a neighbor of the park walks around everyday picking up trash from the street every morning.

I like the big shady trees and the cement picnic tables. Two sets of playground equipment, swings and plenty of grass to play in for family games. Bathroom does not flush but exists (like many forrest park bathrooms) Close to a circle k.

Park is well taken care of and has plenty of open space.
