Visited family here. Told me her house was broken into before. Would not recommend to a family.

Place is going down hill fast. Management is useless other than collecting rent, they do absolutely nothing about issues saying handle it yourselves

Nice place to live in. Very peaceful.

Owner doesn’t care about tenants in park. He hires managers with no experience that have no idea of Washington law. Good people live there. Too many code violations park doesn’t fix for safety of residents.

I went there in the evening to pick up a gorgeous display cabinet so, it was dark. But, everything was exactly the way things should be at night. It was very quiet and peaceful and didnt see anyone outside. In other words, there were no tweekers outside tweeking on their cars or out tweeking on the other residents things! There werent any junked cars or debris surrounding any of the homes. Everything looked neat and tidy or as mom used to say, A place for everything and everything in its place!
