Why did you cut down ALL the 30+ trees making it look like Arizona? Are you that removed from nature and inconsiderate to your residents?Re utilitites: go to the City of Auburn for what residents should be charged. Your Mayor stated . . .they simply allocate an expensive bill to all of the tenants. They require each tenant to keep their lawns green, and we believe that they have many leaks within their water pipes, but we can’t force them to fix it. Because of the leaks, the bill is high, and that also adds to their sewer expense. . . So lucky Auburn Manor Park tenants, you get to pay for leaks they wont fix. Would you call that abuse? A scam? Shame on Auburn Manor Mobile Home Park!

The manager and the Assistant are a few people who want to want to eat things in bad weather if not up. Youre running, its not a good place to live at ease, you can never do anything. Your way they are liars instead of helping you hurt you in all aspects is not a good place to live.

The manager made sure to remove the trees from inside, which is not so good since that was how tenants got some shade from the sun

This community is nice and clean.The only but big inconvenience is that there is hard to find a parking spot for visitors.

I love this place due to its convenient distances to the schools(edit) they took the trees away, automatically bumping it from 5 to 3

Pretty clean,,,speed bumps,lots of kids,,habla Espanol! Usually full.

Hella clean and super friendly managment! Plus their maintaince guy is hella good looking!

Manager is very Rude and nasty, Wont even give you information of properties on sale if you are not blond. Very hard to find parking for guests.
