They want to much for there mobile homes 100000 for a old one 1960 .plus park rent

The list of my dislikes is too long to list. But I will say this, the owners are so cheap that when the transformer in the trailer park blew, instead of house the residents properly they have 1 generator between 2 trailers supplying electricity. These are elderly people who need power to cook and warm water to shower. The generators are very loud and the residents are being told itll take a month to get the old transformer rebuilt! This is unacceptable!! The people who manage this place use intimidation with these elderly residents and now this. I think Ill be making some phone calls to report this to the proper authorities.

This is a senior mobile home park. Most of the homes are older now, but kept up well. Its always clean and the common areas are nice and include a clubhouse and a pool.

Nice little community.. Friendly people.. And in the heart of the Auburn community.. Pretty close to the Muckleshoot Casino too..

Easy to get in and out of.

I wish I could get my grandma out of this place.

Large club house with a nice pool. People living here are friendly. There is a monthly news letter to let you know about the activities. I also signed up to get email announcements.
