A quiet place for self reflection.
Nice place to stretch your legs while reading the pillars of civil rights
Nice park
Very nice, relaxing spot to sit and read or to just chill.......
I LOBES MY PLAYPLACE
I dont know what made it so, but this was the most moving monument, memorial, etc., to which I have been -- with the exception of the Vietnam War Wall in Washington, DC. I was in Atlantic City October 2, 2017. I was the only person in the garden, and I felt like I could feel the spirits of those who were quoted on the granite columns. I am not a religious person, but I felt the need to read a quote, place my hand on the carving, put my head against the pillar -- and I could feel the presence of that persons spirit. After I had read all of the quotes, I went to the center of the garden and took a knee and cried. I had such high hopes for our country when Obama was elected. Now I feel like we are in a fast downward spiral. The spirits I felt there were grieving also.
I never this was there but its cool
Beautiful lil garden
By far, one of if not the best memorial park that Ive ever visited. Very nicely planned, informative, and well maintained
