Awesome venue for a concert. Its the perfect size and shape for excellent acoustics. I just went to see Tool there and it sounded unbelievable, it was probably the best concert I have been to, and I have been to hundreds of shows.

We attended the art wine and dine 2020! More food and drink then you could imagine! Good music and good art and all for a good cause

Love when there’s concerts here because they’re close and it’s way better than going to Philly. Everything is always clean and it’s just a great spot to see someone play.

Its a very nice venue. It flows nicely. Not a bad seat in the house. Good concession pricing for food. Staff is very helpful. The sound is phenomenal. I hope to see more shows here.

Great concert venue surprised by the size and the amenities. Comparable to larger venues and sporting arenas. The only problem I had was the floor seats were too close together making it impossible for people to walk pass once the concert started. Bar was on point sound system was perfect .

Great hall!! Easy access in and out! Workers all very friendly! Was there for Twenty One Pilots concert and the sound inside the hall was awesome! Beautiful inside too!

This venue would not have been my 1st choice if my ticket wasnt gifted to me. And sadly I will not be going back. The sound system is terrible. I didnt feel confident that the security staff were able to keep us safe for variable reasons. The seating arrangement and stage set up was utterly ridiculous. The stage was all the way down one end of the arena while most of the seats were facing sideways. The stage should have been in the center of the arena. The monitors that they had up were so small they look to be the size of an average size residential television. And they kept interrupting the show with graphics and being that the seats are so far away from the stage it seems they would have let the entire show play on the large monitors. I would never go to another show at this venue.

This is a great nostolgic place, and Im glad I saw 21 Pilots here. But I have to say the acoustics are not the best. Still attend a concert if you can.

The PERFECT Arena for Indoor Auto Racing. Pleasant Staff. Need more Budweiser.

A beautiful venue to take in your favorite events! Helpful ushers and staff. Plenty of great seats. Lots of parking. Plenty of vendors to help make your show experience the best it can be. There are escalators and elevators to help you get to your seat if you need them. Restrooms conveniently located. Check the website for upcoming events. Have a blast!!!!

Love this place!! Always has interesting shows and events. Ive been here for Aerosmith, rodeos, motorcycle ice racing and indoor sprint car racing. Always a blast! Concessions OK, seating a bit cramped for larger people though.

Boardwalk hall gets 5 stars, it is an awesome place with awesome events...HOWEVER, CHECK YOUR CARD WHEN ORDERING DRINKS FROM THE OUTSIDE VENDOR (THE BAR) THEY SWIPE YOUR CARD AND TELL YOU IT IS DECLINING AND THAN ASK FOR ADDITIONAL PAYMENT. IT ACTUALLY DOES NOT DECLINE. THEY CHARGE THE FIRST CARD FOR THE DRINK. THEY TAKE YOUR SECOND PAYMENT AS TIP. As it is not boardwalk halls fault it still happens under their roof!

I came here for the Vans Warped Tour Atlantic City and found myself in awe of the views I witnessed. One of my favorite part of the trip was the boardwalk.

This was my first time here. I came down from PA to see a hip hop concert. The show was awesome and this place is huge! The 3 stars is due to the entry process as that was a bit chaotic, it could have been due to the amount of people. And the sound quality was sketchy, for several of the acts you could barely make out what they were saying, which is not good for a hip hop concert.

Great organ, nice history display of AC, great free tour Wed at 10 am.

Nice venue, bathrooms are clean and plenty through out. Lots of different food items to choose from with several drink areas

I took the Organ tour today and heard the Grand Organ recital. It was amazing.

Love it at the old boardwalk hall I just wished they would have more shows we seen Disney on Ice and loved it. I also attended the blessing of the Sea this summer. Well ran easy to get around venue

Historic Jersey iconic building that is maintained beautifully for its age...

Good concert arena but I didnt feel safe. There were not enough ushers. We had to locate our own seats in a huge arena that was complicated to navigate. People were in our seats and we had to negotiate with them on our own. The venue is a bit warm and getting out was crowded and disorganized.

Saw a concert here. Great venue.

Some of the singers you can hear and some you cant. Then your seats are on top of each other. So you cant dance to your songs good or comfortably. You will get overheated so dress right

Very clean and nice place to see a show. The history and how old the place is, is amazing how it has held up and still being used. Great place to see a show. Like all shows, expect high prices on food and drink and about 15$ to park on site or drive a block or 2 down and pay 5$ for parking.

A place where you can relax in the beach, a clean Beach, nice atmosphere, fun Boardwalk to walk in, fireworks every Saturday in the summer, and great food, just lots of enjoyment.

Excellent facility with food and other services inside. Went for a Stockton University graduation ceremony. Parking is an issue, but walking the boardwalk to get to the hall was a nice experience. Bring sandals to go out on the beach afterwards.

Visit on a weekday around noon, take the free tour and hear the pipe organ played. Really cool.

The show was great but the way they have things set up at Boardwalk Hall is terrible. I had a floor seat for the Tool concert on 11/22/19. There were no bathrooms or places to buy a drink on the level where I was seated. So before the show started, I walked upstairs to buy a couple bottles of water. They told me they had to remove the caps so I ended up just buying one. I wasnt about to pay $4 or $5 for a bottle of water and have it spilling everywhere because it didnt have a cap. Then halfway through the show when I was thirsty and needed to use the restroom, I tried making my way back upstairs but the lines were ridiculous. I didnt want to miss the rest of the show waiting so I decided to hold it in and be thirsty the rest of the night. Luckily the show was so good that it made up for how poorly they run the venue. The sound was good and the lights and effects were cool. Staff was apathetic and couldnt answer simple questions.

I came here to see Lil Kim and it was so LIT! Raekwon who was not on the roster even did a surprise performance everyone did a great job.

This was my first visit and its larger than i thought staff was very helpful if your lost or need help finding your seat. .plenty of food and drink . seating is kinda tight depending on what you working with it could be a lil uncomfortable no large bags or backpacks they will not let you in .i felt safe and looking forward to maybe next time a comedy show

Went to see Mazz Mothers Day Concert, featuring Albi Sure, Kem, they gave us a very nice concert. The price was nice from Groupon and the veiw was nice.

The venue is large and quite nice inside. Appears to be somewhat recently refurbished inside. The one downside was the concession stands (food/drinks) were not capable of handling the volume of concertgoers. Lines were extraordinarily long and disorganized. It was so bad that I waited for 15 min to get a drink and then just finally just gave up. Other than that, it was a nice venue to see a show.

Good venue for sporting events

This place is a beautiful venue for miss America that i attended all the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable about the space and local places. The organ in this place is something of a musicians dream and was such an honor being able to hear it!

Went to the millennial tour to see b2k . The venue was nice and clean no complaints

The comedy show was amazing! The venue was well guarded (tons of security). The drinks were good and the food was okay. The atmosphere was very laid back. The seats seemed a bit tight. My favorite thing was that there werent any lines for the restrooms!

Screen on stage to small. Seats could be a little more comfortable. Overall cool place n seats.

Took my wife here to see the AC AIR Show. We sat out in front of Jim Whelan Boardwalk Halls. The air show was great & so was the people watching it. There was shade front the sun. It was in possible to see low flying aircraft because of the sand dunes being built up so high & this is anywhere from the board walk. Overall it was a great show & my wife was happy to see here first air show. We ate lunch at the Bungalow and the food was excellent & the service also.

A really amazing classic venue. I was there for the basketball tournament, but I bet its a blast as a concert venue.

Disney on ice is a wonderful show. Its colorful and entertaining. The kids and adults loved it!

Went to see Gladys Knight and Maxwell there. It was a large place. It was clean and we felt safe. The parking was mediocre at best but was an overall satisfying experience.

This time of year the boardwalk is pretty empty. Better to go when it starts getting warm.

Great place to see a concert! Unfortunately the bathroom & concession lines were way too long. Might have just been because of the show I was seeing? Just my opinion.

Love this arena as an intimate concert venue, BUT they really need to figure out their concessions. Hands down the SLOWEST service Ive ever seen. Completely overwhelmed & lax staff, far too few stands and ridiculous rules (pouring each & every can of beer sold slowly into a cup??). Missed multiple 10-minute songs in a beer line of 7 people max. The line almost rioted. Insane.

Huge venue. I was there for a lovers (valentines) concert. We were originally sitting far back from the stage, about 60 yards or so, and I noticed this guy talking to a couple and I was able to read his lips he was saying upgrade. I was able to get his attention and sure enough they were giving tickets to sit in orchestra. That was a big improvement from where we were, but it turned out to not be so much of a blessing because every artist (keke wyatt, the group Next, Stokley and Johnny Gill) all kept asking the audience to get up. So you can imagine...

This was a nice venue. I saw TOOL there. The venue looks aesthetically appealing however its age shows. The seating is not ideal in spots for a concert better suited for sports. The worst part was the lines for everything. They are very under staffed during my event. The lines took 30 mins+ it was bad they really need to improve on there efficiency or I would recommend buying double if you ever get to the front of the line and never going back for more. Other then that I loved my time there.

Just the right size venue.

There is no drop off at the door, really terrible for ADA community. Also lines were too long for the restrooms, and sound was not good. This place looks nice, but is outdated and cant hold the amount of people they try to jam in there. Save your money and drive to a different venue.

Awesome space for Concerts; The entrance is 3 outside blocks from Ceasars Casino on the Boardwalk

We had a great time here. The only real draw back was the parking situation. There is parking underneath the facility but it fills up fast, so get there early during any event. There are other parking places nearby including the old Trump Plaza parking garage and Caesars. Overall it has a great historical feel right in the middle of the world famous boardwalk.

Plan on the once a week, Wednesday 10am-- 2 hr FREE tour. Worlds largest musical instrument. Really cool informative tour and then getting to hear that pipe organ.

This is a large building with ample seating the building needs a little work done to it and the seating arrangements are very tight for spacing and side by side spacing as well

Nice place to take a stroll with the family, a lot of food and spectacular sunset

I loved everything about the Atlantic City Boardwalk. It was breath taking. Went for my 54 birthday celebration. 1st weekend of April 2019. It was outstanding. Cant wait to go back.

I wish they had every from more than one side of the building. The walk is tremendous!

Fun night watching the Blackjack play!

Nice venue for concerts however, theres a lack of a security presence outside the building and the outdoors lighting is extremely dim in my opinion.

Every show is different,but I didnt like the one I watched. On the way back to hotel, I caught a nearly ended one, that one was way better than the previous one.

The mics were not working so the show sound was a mess and nobody noticed..mess up the hip hop show

There for the black Jacks game great seats against the wall . But u cant even see half the field while seated. You stand up then people behind u cant see. Needs improvement or different venue. Over all great game.

2nd row for a show good time seat were a tad close...

I enjoyed the comedy festival, however the venue could use updating. The seating was very tight, with minimum leg room, the TVs were small as well.

The seats were uncomfortable but the Hall wasnt that bad. The wings were okay. A little pricey but I guess thats to be expected.

When you have pit tix for twenty one pilots,you better be in line hours before doors if you even hope to see the stage. Waiting in line on the boardwalk was pleasant with all of the restaurants to grab food and drinks so you dont starve to death in line. Venue was clean and comfortable as well

The arena part is great! The ballroom on the other hand is kinda sketchy, paint peeling and beaten up. We were kinda waiting for the ceiling to come down due to the music.

Has the worlds biggest pipe organ and have daily tours of same which is great for public relations and the city itself. they have great shows and excellent staffing and security. You can assure yourself while youre there to not only have a great experience but a great atmosphere in a very historic building with historic material throughout.

Is there an easier way to get into the bldg from the garage & visa verse? One way in and out from the garage to the street then follow the crowd to the boardwalk & into the bldg entrance.
