I was professionally fitted for my first set of Mizuno irons and must say that I’m extremely satisfied with my while experience. The staff there is extremely professional and very friendly. Their state of the art software quickly analyzed my swing and found the perfect equipment for me. A big thanks to Zachary and Hunter for all the help.
Looking for a glove. Store seemed cool but the lady working was extremely unhelpful. So we left empty handed.
Sure wish they had the Wave prophecy 9s. Apparently their only available in Europe...
I have done two golf fittings. Both employees were female, Cat and Kalie. Both unreal. Knowledgeable about golf beyond what the computer was telling us. Engaging. Fantastic experience.
I was very excited about getting fitted for new irons and being a Mizuno fan, I wanted to go to their facility in Atlanta. Saying that it exceeded my expectations is a huge understatement. Zach was an excellent fitter. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the data he gathered very well. Most importantly, he listened to what I was telling him about the feedback I was getting with the clubs I hit. I wasnt quite ready to pull the trigger on ordering my new irons right away and he didnt pressure me at all. He and the facility manager Hunter kept in touch with me and the follow up was great. I even got a call from one of their manufacturing professionals to answer some of my questions in more detail. He gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him if I needed any additional info. This is my third set of Mizuno irons (MX 950s, MP 53s, and now MP20 HMB) and after the experience that I have had with them, I am completely locked in on Mizuno and I cant imagine playing any other brand of irons. I am now going to take a harder look at their woods, wedges, and now putters. Do not hesitate to buy Mizuno and I encourage you to go to their facility in Atlanta and buy directly through them. They will take great care of you before and after you buy. Thanks again Mizuno. Great product and even better service. First class experience. Well done.
I bit the Mizuno bug a few years when I purchased my first pair of running shoes. I loved them so much that I decided to purchase another pair. I looked online and found a Mizuno store in town. I was so excited to experience my next pair of running shoes. I drove an hour to get to the store. When I entered the store, the manager was too busy carrying on a conversation with someone and couldn’t extend a greeting. I thought this would be an interesting visit. Luckily another associate extended a greeting. I shared with him that I was looming for running shoes and would appreciate his help. He helped me with finding a pair. I picked and tried on a few but the color I settled on was not available in the store. I finally decided to purchase a pair of training shoes which the sales associate told me was $100. However when he rang up my order with a small Mizuno bag it came out to almost $170. So I asked how much the shoes were and then he said they were $140 which was not what he’d told me. So he went to speak with the manager who brought me the white pair of the shoe that was $100. So rather than honor what the sales rep told me, he chose to lose my business over $40 well not only will I not go there again but I will probably never go there or recommend it. I ended up walking out of the store without any of the items I’d come in for. That’s too bad!!!
Not as big as expected. However fun time at the batting simulator with the family.
It looks cool inside. Choose from golf and batting cages to test out equipment. If you are searching for Mizuno Shoes, this is the place. Kind of pricey though.
Awesome selection
Not bad, just a store. Feel like you can buy the same stuff in the stadium
I came here during a group run for the Atlanta Track Club. Didnt even buy anything, but still got great service and info from very attentive staff. If anyones looking to buy anything mizuno, Id start with these guys
To start if I could give Zach Schmidt (manager & golf pro) & his team at the Mizuno Experience here in ATL 15 out of 5 starts I would do so without hesitation.Back story(Why/How Mizuno):As of late Ive been in the process of figuring out getting new golf clubs (irons) because Im getting better and am ready to take my game to the next level. Through the years Ive been a TaylorMade person when it comes to irons because of the technology and consistency they invest in their irons. However, about a week and a half ago a friend told me to check out Mizuno because they had a free fitting. He said he had such a good experience that he got rid of his TaylorMade irons and bought a set immediately.Approximately a week ago today I schedule and went for my 1 on 1 fitting at the Mizuno experience... needless to say Im hooked and owe a HUGE thank you to Zach and the company for hiring him. From the moment I walked in the door the experience was PHENOMENAL! As soon as I got there a couple of the guys were together near the front of the story and immediately greeted me, spoke individually, and then dispersed to do other work once they realized why I was there. Zach, the club pro, and I jumped right into the fitting. Before starting he asked me many questions to best understand not only what I wanted but to also understand what I need. He was very thorough, asking 5,000 of all the right questions. Following that he gave me time to warm up and we began. Throughout the whole fitting he educated me of various aspects of Mizuno and the golf programs offerings. I was very impressed by his knowledge of golf as a whole and how hes able to connect it to Mizunos mission. The kid is a freaking MIZUNO GOLF GENIUS!!!!!!!!! All in all hes converted me to Mizuno and I look forward to my new clubs in several weeks. Following the fitting he then asked me about other things I do, showed be running shoes, and all kinds of other things. Ill be back for more things; golf bag, clothes, golf hats, etc. so I hope to see Zach and the guys soon...In closing I really couldnt complain to anyone about the experience, except for the fact I didnt get a free set of clubs, but that wasnt my expectation so its ALL good!Zach, buddy, keep up the good work and keep putting this product in the bags of many golfers. I hope Mizuno corporate see youre a priceless addition to the company, your value, and can give you a chance and something greater within the brand. Salute to you my friend!Regards,- Anthony
Had a great time! Came here to get my son a new bat. Jonna took my son into the batting simulator to help find the best fit for him .Great experience!
Amazing staff. I got to try golf clubs bats and I bought my new glove. Great experience!
Great experience, staff helped out a lot.
Eryn friendly service,reasonable
Visited around 7pm this past Thursday and the gentleman in the store was phenomenal about all the Mizuno products and was very helpful, the new Blue wedges were sweet and I needed a new glove for softball and I would go back here anytime because the customized fitting was awesome
We were so excited to try this place and ended up very disappointed. Took two of my kids for the swing evaluations for new baseball and softball bats. Don’t know if the computer software program wasn’t very good, or if the guy assigned to helping us didn’t know what he was doing, but we second-guessed ourselves and took his recommendations on weight, drop & length for each bat, & left there paying almost $500 for the WRONG bats. The prices were reasonable enough, but when my kids went back to their hitting coaches, both baseball and softball coach asked who in the world recommended these bats and that they were totally the wrong fit for them. I also ended up with additional random charges on my bank statement that couldn’t be explained by Mizuno. Seems someone at the register might have taken my card and try to run it for other items. Had to spend a lot of unnecessary time with my bank getting bogus charges removed. You’re probably be better off asking your kids coaches for recommendations, or doing the research online, even going to a Dick’s Sporting Goods. The experience of being down at The Battery was fun, but it was a waste of time.
This place is cool. Golf simulator is a fun thing to do.
