Fun place to play and conditions are really improving ! Wide open fairways and very nice champion Bermuda grass greens. A good mix of slope, water and length. Great play for the price .

The course is good for the money. The staff is terrible. They have tried to push cash payments with my friend on multiple occasions so they could pocket the money. I have never dealt with a staff anywhere that is so rude.

A Beautiful place in Atlanta even if just to talk a walk.

Course is fine and better maintained in recent years. However, communication and staff management is horrid at this course. I call beforehand to see if they are open and arrive to find a whole side of the course closed. That would have been helpful information when I called to decide where to spend my time and money. This sort of thing happens a lot too. Seems like not everyone is on the same page here.

What a great little track. Very English lay out. Thought provoking holes with very good fast greens. A real hidden gem.

Great 18 hole course, if you are going once per month get the fore pass, it is worth it.

The course is 10 minutes from Atlanta International Airport and we played here on the morning before flying home. The greens were terrific and the layout was very good. It was very pleasant surprise. We hired a buggy but the course is easily walkable. If this was my home course I would be well chuffed. Our handicaps are 3 and 13.

Excellent condition on course. Affordable. Green at best condition ever I have seen for the years. Smooth and fast. You may bring sandwich and drinks in cooler. Not much to buy at the clubhouse.

Considering how many people play this course, Im surprised there arent more reviews. Its a very good value for the cost. The course is challenging and usually in good condition. Like many municipal courses it is partially in a flood plane and can be soggy. Its best to get a tee time prior to showing up. It can get crowded.

After 5 year absence of playing golf, Ive returned to my home course & shot 79!!!! Greens, fairways, bunkers & service was 5 stars!!!! Keep up the great work Ty!!!

Definitely not the best area in the city, but overall the course is an excellent value. Fairways were mostly pretty wide open with a few sand traps here and there. Great course for all skill levels and greens were in pretty good shape (not very fast, but rolled true).

They have friendly and good members at this location. They believe in helping the community. The location is not very ideal though.

I dont know about now 2018 but when I worked there back in August 2012 course was in excellent shape all 118 acres. I was a cart attentant when i use to work then. The Marshalls & the Employees were super friendly. The Golfers who played there then talked about how well they liked the course. I miss working there too. I lived on McWillams St & hole 3 was behind my House. Very close to work. Enough of memory lane now.

Since there is nothing lower I gave it a 1. Course is in terrible shape. Poor drainage leaves casual water everywhere. Not worth the time to report more. DONT DO IT!

Very well kept golf course. We played a day after we had some serious rain, and the course drained well enough we were not restricted to the cart paths. Very open layout; wide fairways, and the course was forgiving if you hit an errant tee shot. However, because of this theres always a chance of a ball from another hole finding its way near you. The course is not in a good part of town at all, lock your cars and be weary of holes 15 and 16. But from the courses condition and playability, it was a very nice, well-kept municipal course.

Solid course a little south of Downtown Atlanta. The greens are nothing special but fairways were well kept and price was fair.

Best value in ATL. Course is usually in pretty good shape. They only complaint I have is with the staff. The young man (maybe 18-25 yrs old) who often works during the week is not very pleasant to deal with. He often seems annoyed by the fact that he has to help customers, no matter the request. On the other hand, the ladies that work there are usually friendly.Good experience overall, but the staff keeps it from being excellent.

If you enjoy playing behind groups of 5 or 6 this is the course for you. If you enjoy 3 or 4 people joining the group in front of you this is your course. If you like 6 hour rounds this is the place.

Browns Mill is always a great place for me to play. The staff is pleasent, and the course is well kept; and the price for a senior is great.

The course was well maintained, however I I thought the greens were too quick for the whole locations. I missed a birdie putt and it actually roll back down the hill into the hole for par.

Its difficult to judge course conditions in March, but I think that the course was in decent shape considering the time of year and recent heavy rains (worth three stars). However, I was a bit bothered when we went to the front desk. We arrived an hour before our tee time so that we could use the driving range. However, when we asked for a bucket of balls for the range, they curtly stated that no balls were available (did your dog just die or something?). They advertise range balls on the website, rudely state that none are available, and then happily accept all of the greens fees (range balls are part of the fee). However, as soon as the guy behind us heard there were no balls, he asked about it and they said to go downstairs and the guy will get him a bucket of balls. Perhaps it is because they guy behind us looked like them, or that they were buddies, but they had to have some clue that they just denied us a bucket and then offered it to the guy behind us (minus one star).

The weekend staff does a great job, very friendly very helpful. The weekday staff however totally opposite, the manager Ms McLachlan is horrible. She is not friendly at all and never very helpful. Im charged one amount on the weekends and almost double on the weekdays???

Course was in good shape, just happened the greens were sanded the day before but.still ok.

Staff was not coordinated: took too long getting clubs, carts, correct pricing. Clubhouse is outdated. Rental clubs are just leftovers thrown in a closet.

Rough was too high and the greens were very inconsistent,some were fast some were slow and were not cut properly...

Terrible! Booked a tee time online and when I got there they said, they didnt have any carts,except a dead one we could try. The pro shop was very out dated and run down, as the course appeared to be as well. They tried to charge me an extra $15.00 cart fee for my girl friend to ride with me and watch. We ended up leaving the facility and will never return. I would highly recommend you find alternatives to this course unless you have a free voucher.

The staff at this course is terrible. They gave me a 12:59 tee time and after we checked in at 12:45 and got to the tee box at 12:59 and a thirty seconds, we were told that we were late and would have to wait for a 20 person tournament that starts at 1:00. So they gave us less than a minute before a tournament and then told us we would have to wait. This is not good service. After I went back to the clubhouse they let me tee off on the 10th to start. The course was ok that is the only reason they are getting 2 stars.

Still one of the best values in Atlanta for playing golf.

The fairways are completely soaked and quite muddy. Bring your waterproof shoes for sure
