Decent place to live but I moved out over 6 months ago and still haven’t received my security deposit back even after repeatedly calling and leaving voice mails and never getting a call back. Don’t plan on getting your security deposit back even if you make every payment on time and take good care of your lot.

Never answers phone when u call or need something!! Dont know how to knock on the door an talk like adults. Always leaving notes on the door. Complains bout everything. If they dont like u . They wont leave u alone.

Decent place to live, nosey neighborhood, decent management. Would ha e given 4 stars if i did t receive notes on my door for people parking in front of my house overnight.

The company that owns it never put any money into it they do very little they try to put it all on their tenants
