I like it by the river it is beautiful.

I enjoy being there, great place, nice neighbors, great location for work, and camping.

Ok, but run down and the smell from the mulch plant is horrible

It aint the Ritts Carlton, but its a cheap, safe, and beats the Local KOA. Its not going to win any beauty contest. Theres a nice park and boat ramp close.

The rent for small RVs is around $150.00 a month, water, sewer and trash is included. The utilities for RVs are calculated by the Park manager and charged with the rent.
