Great, quiet place. Rent is very reasonable, new landlords are awesome. Would not have actually moved in if it werent for Angela. Her and Cari are wonderful and have been going above and beyond to help us in any way we need.

Place looks like a train wreck. Limbs all over the place, drive ways full of pot holes and some Tennants look like they store their belongings on their patios. The new homes they have added look nice, but their requirement are a little steep for their area.

I dont know whos is runing this this place but no one know how to pick up a dam phone their or give someone a call back iv been trying to get ahold of someone bfrom their now for 3 dam weeks

As a community I love it I recently moved here and its a nice quiet community

My sisters mobile is very nice, its brand new, but the lot looks a little sketchy and overcrowded. Although Ive never seen a mobile home park that hasnt.

Dont try to drive through the park, you will lose your car in the potholes

The place is dumpy looking and the police are always up there for drugs

Needs better Mangement.

Potholes everywhere, wanted to buy 2 trailers, never returned my calls, office closed on days it said it was open...
