Nice playground for tots to 6 or 7. A tire swing for older kids and small swings for younger ones. Lots of ducks and geese. Nice paved trail around the lake for scooting.

Very clean. Very peaceful. Pretty good fishing.

Nice little park.. of you like fishing there are about 4 or 5 drainage ponds that have an array of fish.. we almost always go the catch and release way. But unfortunately I couldnt catch one to release. I did feed a ponds full though..

My childhood park. Hasnt changed much over the years but has been at least 20 years since i had seen it.

There are great walking paths. It has a playground for kids, picnic areas that are in the shade, as well benches to rest. The landscape and scenery are beautiful. The gazebo is a great place to sit and rest when it is open.

Small but quaint ...some big carp in the lake. Maybe some bass.

I like to walk there but the neighbors to the northeast of the park shouted your still fat! ....nice.

Safe and charming, mind the roving gangs of eager geese.

Was a nice park, but the district is doing nothing to maintain it. The play areas are dirty and many of the slides and equipment are covered in vomit.

The kids love it! An it has rubber flooring instead of the wood chips.

I walked this park a while ago. It’s clean and quiet. I enjoyed my time there - there is also a great section for kids. I didn’t come with me this time but I am sure they would enjoy their time there.

This is a little gem of a spot to catch fish caught a monster catfish two nites ago this morning went from sevenuntil eleven. Caught a 7 1/2 inch baby spotted chanel cat and an 18inch large mouth bass will be back tonight for another shot at them monster catfish. The wheather was still headed to them 90s but morning was overcast so fishing was good. Lake was clear and lots of fish activity had a great morning and will be back to this little fishing spot as often as can make time. Lots of fish jumping and baitfish balls of small shad or smaller feeding fish for the big ones

Fell asleep on a bench and wasnt bothered

This park is for the birds, and bird lovers. Fishing is allowed. It is a quick walk around the park, but it links up with other paths. So, for a quick jaunt or for an extended route be sure to include in your plans.

Fabulous day to visit, nice sledding, beautiful walk around the pond. Beautiful green space!

We always take walks here and its an absolutely beautiful place. Quite a lot of uncontrollable geese, though.

I really loved it. The ducks were very friendly and not shy around people at all. We put a remote control boat it the water for a test run and it did pretty good, probably because the weather was so perfect. We had with us a 9 yr. old and he never ran out of things to do, so its a great park for everyone of all ages. It was very clean and beautiful place to be.

Good little park with a walking path around the lake. I have seen plenty of people fishing here (though I dont think i have seen anyone catching anything). The parking lot seems like the right size, as I have always been able to find a parking spot. Really nice landscaping near the parking lot!Park also has a bike repair station!Now if only there was a way to train the geese to not poop on the sidewalk....

Very pretty Park nice walking areas, but you have to does the bird poop! However it is very peaceful experience to walk amongst the geese, because they are so tame. You can literally move about with 6 inches between them.

Awesome park has a lake and exercise stations plus a really cool playground for the kids definitely recommend this park to anyone

Its a great park. You can walk the concrete path all around the pond. Easy access handicapped ramps.There are also three Pokemon Gyms that have a lot of activity and several Poke-stopps.

Nice park but those power lines on the south side of the park is kinda spooky. I can hear the energy passing through them. Sketchy if you ask me.

It’s spring time! Across from Echter’s. They have little workout stations along the path surrounding the pond. Quite beautiful and a nice place to stroll around. Also includes a child’s play area.

The flowers here are beautiful, it is usually clean. Walking the entire loop around the lake 4 times is a good 2 mile walk! The only downfall this park has is the goose poop everywhere and the excessive amount of algae on the pond. Its beautiful for an evening walk, just watch your step!

Park would be beautiful if it werent overrun by geese. Was still a nice walk.

Its a great little park to walk around the lake. The only drawback is all the goose droppings! Theres a small playground for kids and at different locations are some workouts for adults plus plenty of benches for those who need to rest. Its close to Wadsworth, in a good neighborhood and sits between 52nd and Garrison St. and Independence St. I highly recommend it!

A very beautiful park. There was a nice little playground for the children. Beautiful huge trees and tons of grassy space for dog. Yet the greatest part was this little activity area they had for adults. It was a walking path with stop spots that had exercise equipment built into the poles. Each pole also came with full simple instructions and diagrams. Greatest thing ive ever seen at a neighborhood park.

Used to be a beautiful park. Now its over run by the homeless who set up camp and just leave their trash everywhere.

Nice place quiet however they need to do something about the goose droppings doesnt look like theyve cleaned the place up in over a year

Great park to bring kids. Lovely place for beautiful encounters with nature. Wonderful place to picnic. Careful the birds do get hungry. Beautiful trees for lovely hangouts. Feeding the birds is not illegal. All animals are territorial.Warning: Careful with your words beacuse there are that go kids to the park. There are signs for people not to feed the birds. They might jack your food. (Bring bird seeds to ware out the birds so they can eat.)

Has cigarettes butts and melts spots on the playground. Would have been a nice place.

I love this park. I have ever since I was a little girl over 25 years ago. Its clean and they had really upgraded it over the years.

Great little park.... Though... We do call it goose poop park. Yup not a typo. The rather large group of year-round Canadian geese, though friendly tend to leave a little more behind than youd expect.

What can I say, I like this little park. I has a wonderful walking path around the lake. I also married my wife here on the west end.

This is a nice and new playground. The pond is fairly small, and people fish the pond. There are a lot of geese and their droppings. In the spring there are usually lots of goosling. There is one decent size of grass you can throw a ball around one.

The handicap fishing dock needs to be done better for wheelchair people. When I was there in my chair I cant cast over the rail. They need to put cut outs in the rail or make it lower

Ive been coming here ever since I was a kid.

Great little lake to run around and also has a park for the little ones.

This park was okay, mostly good for running, dog-walking, or bike riding around the pond. The grassy area is fairly small, but you could play catch. The playground was fun, though worn from the weather and sun. The ground cover was pebbles, and padding under some slides. There is a separate are for little kids with three slides and three ways to climb up. The larger structure has three slides also, with many ways to climb up, and monkey bars. There are also two swings, no baby swings. There are a lot of Canadian geese here, therefore a lot of goose poop. Thankfully, there wasnt any poop in the playground area.

Fishing here is awesome
