04/14/2020 Update..... This park has been purchased by new owners who have been a blessing for this park. The prior owner is NO LONGER associated with any aspects of management. My prior review was based on prior Management and in no way should reflect on new Management. They have and continue to demonstrate their desire to make this a safe, enjoyable place to live. I wish them the best, and I hope you enjoy the wonderful view this park has to offer.PRIOR REVIEW... JUNE 2019....The owner can not be trusted, be very aware AND CAREFUL. Roads needs repair. Has security lights but owner keeps them shut off. The view from the back to the golf course is nice but the rest of the view is NOTHING.

I cant think of a reason to like this place

If I could put negative stars, I would! We lived there just short of 3 years and it was horrible, not to mention downright scary at times. Run a background check on the owner, Tony Rawson, talk to residents. Ask around town. Not only is the landlord awful, the security lights dont work, the streets are horrible, and thewater pressure is bad ( if he pays the water bill). Many times we had no water because he didnt pay the bill.*Response to owners reply: I noticed the phrase under new management. This can imply the park is sold and Mr. Rawson no longer is a stakeholder or a portion has sold and Mr. Rawson is still part owner. It could also imply Mr. Rawson hired a management company. I stand by recommendation to do your research prior to moving there. If the park did he indeed sell, I wish the new owners the best! You certainly have a monumental task ahead to repair the reputation of the park. I also noticed that in my husbands reply to his review, there is no record of him living there. Obviously, Mr. Rawsons records are not as meticulous as he claims. I assure you, Ronell Baker did reside there! You may want to review those records.

Place looks like a dump. Just got a reply. Its not nice there. Trash in yards. Traliers look old. It needs a overhaul.
