This park is ok.... but the rent is rather high for trailers. I didnt see a laundry room and the pool doesnt work

VERY rude staff and managers, they will discriminate against you when you put in your application and then they make up fake other reasons why they will not allow you to live in their park, if they dont like anything about you they just throw away your application and they dont ever contact you to let you know that you have been denied, if you confront them about it they just send the thumbs up emoji, I shouldnt be denied because I am disabled and have a service dog, and a dachshund who i pick up after, this place is a racket

Went to look at a place. It turned into a 15 minute lecture about how I was gonna bring needles into the park.for.little kids to step on. I was then informed about a set of rules that were literally unfollowable. I was told if I came in after 9pm it would be grounds for eviction. Both of my roommates work second shift jobs that dont let them out until after midnight. Was told this was not an excuse.

What a low income Dump. Save your money, dont waste your time. Mgmt. Leaves a lot to be desired when handling a multi family property.

Well I live there so.......lol The Landlord she is pretty cool. She gets stuff done if I ever have anything stop working she gets right on it and has it fixed that day or the next. Not to bad of a place to live going on 2 yrs now.

Its a quiet mobile home park. Not a bad place to live. Its in Plainview School District which is a very good school! I wish they accepted housing assistance out here tho because it would make it a lot more accessible to people and open up another place in Ardmore for people, such as single moms, to live.

The Manager is the BEST. Everyone have been so kind to welcome me in the community.

Seems to be a very quit neighborhood. I have a family member who lives here and said they love it and never have any problems.

Its ok here no water in the pool for years. They really need to over look your credit here . Some what quiet but livable. Good side of town in Ardmore,ok.

Nice reasonable

This is a very clean housing community. The homes are well maintained. The rent is great. The location is close to many popular places. The manager is knowledgeable and responsive.

Great park host very friendly. This is our second trip staying here in our motorhome. Easy in an out of spaces lots of shaded sites. We really enjoy it here.
