Cool old bridge with room to park on either side. This is one of my favorite places to take out-of-state visitors. The views from the bridge are nice, but then theres that intriguing cave that is pretty easy to get to. Ive seen Bighorn Sheep across the creek from the cave on 2 occasions. Hiking up Fish Creek is really fun, but note that theres some scrambling over rocks and trees required, all depending on what washed down in the latest storm. Its easy to spend several hours exploring, as every bend you pass reveals yet another enticing view. Theres some really sweet spots for picnicking, so next visit Im bringing my basket.
As of 10/17/20. Was not able to continue to the Bridge, road closed at Fish Creek Viewpoint.
Fabulous place! Been to fish Creek bridge twice before but never got out....parked by the bridge and hiked down to the bottom. No water but it was still beautiful! hiked up the creek a little bit but wasnt fully equipped for a long hike so I had to turn back, butIm definitely going back again!
One of my favorite places in the world to go. Ive been going there for 30 years me my dog couple different girlfriends my little girls that I now have that arent so little
If youre willing to brave a very narrow dirt road this canyon is beautiful. We love the road to it, and we love the hike once were there. I actually debated giving this one star to help keep people away, but figured its more important to help out those that are willing to make the trek. :)
If you enjoy hiking then Fish Creek is a beautiful Arizona Trail worth trying. Fish Creek Bridge is a starting point and parking spot to start your hike. Very limited dirt parking area. Beautiful hike whether you choose upper Fish Creek or Lower Fish Creek.
This place is in the middle of nowhere, but incredible photo op
Its a great little place to camp in the cave, or to hike along the canyon.
An amazing ride down Fish Creek Hill is a must for anyone in this area of AZ! The Apache Trail to Roosevelt lake with a vehicle good on dirt roads, in my opinion is a must!
Very cool photo op and if youre adventurous a little Creek to play in
We stopped more for enjoying the scenery and this was a good place for it.
Love this place. Absolutely beautiful.4 wheel drive is recommended for the unpaved sections. Bring someone to enjoy the views with. Weekday mornings are best. Less people then.
Was a fun place to go Rc crawling
Hike here. Drive carefully. Be careful.
Great place for photos. I was lucky enough to see some mountain goats.
The drive up to here is very adventurous. Park the car beside the road and hike!!
Great drive and scenic cave on the Apache Trail... LEAVE NO TRACE!
Beautiful even in a 109° weather!
