Its at the end of the Naval academy bridge. Great view of the Severn River.

Great quiet space. Very well maintained. Nice pier you can fish from nearby. I reccomend this spot to take photos for prom night or another more formal event.

Parked the boat right below the overlook for the nights i was on the bay. Calm quiet and nice view.
