Lovely views, and easy hiking, it makes a perfect place for a local to get in a jog, hike, stroll, or bike ride. On top of that, it seems to be a popular fishing destination for Annapolis, but I couldnt tell you how good the fishing is. Regardless, the views of the bay and bay bridge are great, and overall is a pleasant experience every time I go, and Id highly recommend if youre in the area.
Lots to do, but the Poets Nature Trail/Bob White trail was overgrown. We only wore shorts so we had to do the Greenbury Point Trail, which was easy and full of butterflies but sooo sunny. Great for bikes, too.
Nice trails by the water. Very beginner friendly mostly flat. Different surface trails: paved, dirt, and crushed rock. About 3.5 miles to go around entire point.
Best place for a long walk.
2 mile hike, not bad
Beautiful day for a walk amongst the tall towers of Greenbury Point
Three HUGE towers mark the southern end of the area - pretty neat to fly over when departing Lee-ANP Airport!
Lots of butterflies.
