Best park on planet Earth! Something for everyone in every season. The single track bike trails are my favorite. The cross country ski trails are world famous. Breathtaking views! Watch out for moose.

Great place to sled and spend a day with the family. Plan your visit well though. Lots of families for the space available and can be packed at some points of the day.

Great park to go hiking, walking and Im looking forward to trying x-country skiing here this winter! Be mindful of possible moose or bear here. Good idea to carry bear spray..

Great park to come to with the family and the dog. Views are beautiful and the beach is the nicest outside of the Kenai around here.

Holy Cow this park is awesome! A couple friends and I all came here to play Frisbee golf and it is the best place to go! Super beautiful views of the ocean and mountains! I especially loved the one hole going down over a fallen tree. Very cool. Hope to go here soon once again! Thanks Anchorage!

Accessible by foot or bike. Easy path down to the beach. Low tide is something to see. Some people had gathered the driftwood and created a structure. Add to it and see how big it can get.

It is a beautiful park, lots of trails, we wish we would have been able to stay here and explore longer. But we took a short little walk and we got to see a moose. As tourists, that was as exciting as it gets.

Loved coming here for my first time in Alaska. Even though I didnt wear the proper shoes I still got a good workout in the snow. I loved the scenery, it was beautiful. I hear that when the snow melts the bike rides are amazing along the coastline trail.

A must visit for anyone in Anchorage! Kincaid Park is truly a gem, it has everything you would need for any season here in Alaska. The winter provides great cross country and hiking trails and the summer provides an unbelievable Disc Golf course for free. I still think its one of the best in Alaska. You also can walk down to the oceanside and look out towards Fire Island. In fact its a great place to go rent some fat bikes or regular bikes for a nice stroll around this beautiful park!

Nice outing with the family. Took us awhile to find the coastal trail but its worth a hike.

Love the park couldnt be better. Only issue is the people. I love bikes and love seeing people getting out to enjoy nature. That being said most the cyclists have no regard for the other people that might he using the trails. Just be ready for a lot of people.

One of the best parks for outdoor activities. Not many parks have a Beach on the ocean. This is a year round park for people who love to be outdoors.

Cross country skied for the first time...what a great experience!! The park is pristine...the trails groomed, the scenery is breathtaking...well used but not over used. Would love to see in the summer!

Ended up here late one night lost on my journey after taking photos at the airport. Crazy because a truck I was in a few days previously was there and I was looking for the pretty driver once I saw the truck, never doubt her. Big disc golf course, endless trails, great recreational place!

Walk the airport fence line, look for moose and tracks....bring plaster of paris to cast print.

Peacefulness there, great place to work out or train. Lots of parking and great marked trails for walking or biking. Hills make you work hard starting at bottom and ending up at Kincaid.

Fields are okay, chalet is closed by mayors mandate, porta potties are either zip tied shut or overflowing. Yay for thoughtful COVID response. :-/

Lovely place for a ride or run. Ran into a moose too. Lots of elevation gain if youre coming in from the coast.

Love this park! Great place to go for a hike; if you dont want to drive out of Anchorage! Beautiful views! If your a traveler out of town, I highly suggest checking this park out! Its not far from the airport. About a 10 minute drive depending on traffic.

Great way to spend a few hours. Parked at the first parking lot, and it’s about an hour walk to the water from there. Saw two moose.

The park was beautiful. The beach was very muddy so prepare to get dirty. It was about a mile or so walk down to the beach! Beautiful views.

I always love walking here as its gentle and serene and peaceful. A great family walk or after work or morning stroll.

One of the best mountain bike trail system in Anchorage if not the best

Saw several bull moose from the Kincaid end of the coastal trail. There are restrooms at this end. There are mile markers. Can be a busy trail, but great for running.

Nice wildlife, we saw 1 male and 1 female moose in a 5 minute period.

Watch out for moose! They seem pretty used to people but they come out of no where!

It has a good disc golf course and very nice views over looking the bay.

Awesome spot to walk, run, ride, play with the kids and pets. Short walk to the beach and plenty of soccer fields. Good hills for sledding down in the winter.

I really enjoyed my time at Kincaid Park. Seeing some moose was a great experience!

Was a hike we werent prepared for but still had fun. Ran into a moose and rabbit plus it was a beautiful area. We didnt time it right so the tide was out

Great place to see moose, birds, bears and porcupines. Great singletrack and ski trails. Beach access. Occasional dead whale pops on shore. Chalet is a great space for gatherings. Beer Can lake is technically on airport land but its functionally part of the park.

I’m only in Anchorage for part of a day in between my travels up to Fairbanks & Denali and then heading to Katmai. Loved my morning walk here! So many miles of trails to walk, a forest of trees all around, and views to Cook Inlet!

Single tracks for the mountain bike enthusiast, frisbee golf for a casual day or even a long walk on the beach on a hot summer day. This is the best park in Anchorage

Busy little swimming hole... perfect bike ride down to from neighboring area.

Always a great place to go, the trails are good and the view beautiful. The beach is the only beach in town, or as close as youll get to one. Remember thats its pretty windy on that side of town and as such is always chilly there.

Beautiful but the porta-pottys needed attention that was a turn off.

Nice wide trails part of the way. Minimal dust. 2 went on the mtb trails. 2 of us went hiking. The dunes were fun. The fence needs to be repaired between the motocross park and the trail to the dunes. There was a mom and toddler group who had crossed into the motocross park with a bunch of littles in tow. Good thing there were no motorbikes out that day. My son ran up and down the dunes and after he got tired we went exploring making plenty of noise as we walked down to the marsh and back. The old cars were really cool to see.

So much to offer, great park!

We got there close to closing time... In spite of that, in the little time we had we were convinced Kincaid Park deserves more time and it went back on our list to visit again. We found raspberries on bushes that we plucked... The miles of trail will wait for next visit. Visit with a few hours to spare, next time we will.

This place is fantastic. It has an extensive network of trails in a large wooded park right in the heart of the Anchorage peninsula. There is some history here as well as there are some concrete bunkers that used to be missile silos as part of a defense system during the Cold War. 5 minutes from the car and we saw two moose. Classic Alaska. The trails are a mix of paved for bicycling, rollerblading and walking, along with dirt trails mixed throughout. In the winter there are about 50 km of cross country skiing trails. Great views of the Alaskan Range mountains.

Beautiful park with a diverse range of activities. Small sports fields as well as competitive stadiums, great disc golf course, tons of walking biking and skiing trails, and much more!

Great place for newcomers to Alaska. It is beside the airport so you stop by when you are flying in or out.

Amazing resource next to town. Mountain bike/Nordic ski trails. Lakes/ponds to practice flycasting. A motocross track. Sports fields. So many spots to picnic. Depending on your frame of mind, the aircraft flying overhead (both civil and military) can be a plus or a minus.

Was the tree lighting, it was okay, seemed the trails needed to be more specific on what which way to go.

Moose, moose and more moose! Awesome park with lots to do. Bow target practice, hiking, running, park toys, Denali Mountains view and a lot more.

This is a great local park. You are able to hike,fish,play games and host parties in chalet if you want. It’s a great opportunity to see some wildlife. You often see moose and bears throughout the park. Colors of the trees are beautiful year round. If you want to have a small walk and take in the Alaskan air and scenery this is a great place to do it. This was the perfect spot. Great facilities there and we enjoyed a very nice trail.

We went to the botanical gardens... AMAZING... I saw plants, giant ones... As well as ones I have never seen before. Very well cared for and FREE!!! Strange mix, small, but a great experience... I hope to go back and take some pictures....

Kincaid Park is a beautiful lush natural green space. Lovely views of the water. Nice cleared paths through meadows and woods. Lots of wildflowers, gone to seed in the fall, and beautiful (but likely poisonous) mushrooms.
