Adjacent to a community garden area this park offers fun playground equipment, a hill (perfect for sledding with little ones), a covered picnic area and great views of planes in the pattern at Merrill Field. There is also a nice sized open grassy area perfect for frisbee or catching practice. Lots of parking available on the street.

Generally a good area for families, but need to watch out for inebriates and other people who commit crimes in the neighborhood.

Clean and safe

After Work I wanted a quiet place to just sit and relax. This park is close to downtown Anchorage and a very quiet place. It has 5 Poke Stops in it and I was able to Pokeball farm while here.

Needs more patrol. Every night i walk through theres at least 4 people passed out in the grass
