This is a very nice, well kept, quiet, friendly little community. The grounds are very clean and the homes look to be well kept up. Seems to be a very nice little community for retirement age people. Nicest mobile home community Ive seen so far!

What a mess. This place had been under construction for 2 years now and trying to get to your own place has been a disaster. They are redoing the roads but dont seem to care about the people who live heres complaints or ease of getting home.
