Mouse infested. My coworkers daughter and I lived in separate homes in this community and both of our houses constantly had mice. I dont mean like 1 or 2. No, there was a colony at both of our houses. We both took it to management and they did nothing about the issue. I broke my lease and left and so did she. Management is nice but thats about it.

I enjoy living here . I think it’s great how the new owners have cleaned up the community and is continuing to make things happen here !!!

Used to live here with family members in 2013 and moved back to our own place here about a year and a half ago. It has many options for renting. Most yards are fenced. Kid and pet friendly which I am thankful for considering I have both. It’s a great place to live.

Management and maintenance are very helpful and prompt. Its quiet and safe. Lived here and off for 10 years. Would recommend to everybody.

This is a very run down park with huge pot holes all over the roads. looks like there is no property maintenance.

Trailers are VERY close together... almost like that episode of My name is Earl. Most are run down. LOTS of cars...looking as though they dont and havent been operable in some time.

Not so sure about this place, not very appealing....

They had a gas line problem and we went without gas for 2 months then they doubled yhr gas bill so we tenants paid for thr repairsPlus they cut water ofg anf dont call you to day theres a leak or you eont havr water
