Decent little mobile park!

Was ask to move out because my kids were running around doing what normal kids do Im not going to keep my kids locked up just because you dont want your child daycare kids interacting with my kids you guys knew how many kids i have.. you need to build a privacy fence around your daycare and it takes forever to get anything fixed and when stuff does break they want to try and blame you and charge you for it the floor in my living room was falling apart in my daughters bedroom was falling apart in my bedroom the floor is falling apart I feel in my bathroom and the tub broke apart and they didnt even switch it out the toilet broke apart and I had to spend my own money to fix it move here if you want a lot of problems

Trashy

Great landlord and maintenance staff

The owner is a real chicken and hides behind a maintenance man that is on drugs. Property is trashy & not kept up to code. Light fixtures only have one bulb lighting only half a room. Several neighbors complained of thief problems.
