I assume this place is relatively new, regardless very nice, spacious, very clean, plenty of screens for all your sporting events, food is good, drinks are amazing, see my guy jordan, best bartender I have experienced, I recommend happy hour, its quiet and drinks are half off, kids can play while you have a drink or 2

This is the best place to play games and have a fun time. I hope they open back up soon! Still representing them with my winner shirt that was an awesome prize. Great food drinks and fun times. Both kids and adults love it.

Covid-19 safe....clean and over all very friendly. I have a great time no matter how short...some times there is a waiting period but a happy ending over all.

Had a real good time on Christmas eve. It wasnt too crowded as I expected but my kid bad a real good time. Food was delicious and so were the drinks.A good collection of gifts for the tickets you redeem. I would definitely return back at this venue

Super fun place for arcade and video games. Decent restaurant with nice staff. Changing table in womens bathroom and a family restroom too. Its quite loud and dimly lit, so not for everyone, but a great atmosphere for kids or adults out for a good time. Easy parking.

I pitched 2 perfect games in the pitching game(3 fast balls into the bullseye), got over 4000 points and won 2000 tickets each time. Got plenty of toys for my daughter.

The atmosphere was very nice. The waitress was awesome. And the different tvs showing the games were nice.

Paid a lot of money for burnt tastings food the atmosphere was cool, but I came to eat and it was very bad. fries super salty chicken sandwich super burnt.

This location was very good. It had a nice food selection and of course the games are always fun for all ages. Be prepared to spend more on the games then on the food lol. I have always enjoyed Dave & Busters in the several states I have visited D&B at. I highly recommend.

So much fun but VR game not working.

I had a great time here at this location. The steak was full of flavor, and seasoned to perfection. The steak, shrimp, and lobster pasta needed more seasoning. But everything was good even the service.

Dave and busters is a great place for the kids! I believe they need to hire more staff, one star because my 6 year old did not receive her meal and 3 others finished eating already and she was still sitting there waiting for a cheese quesadilla at least 30min. Did not really like the Asian tortillas, too much salt and no flavor if that’s makes since.

Love this place. The games are fun and so addicting at all times. I went with my wife and another couple and we could not stop playing. Food was good too. The only reason I gave this location 3 stars was because the size of this location and the service we experienced at the restaurant. It was probably the slowest ever. It took them a good while to bring us our food. Things got so bad one time that we had to walk to the hostess to ask for silverwares. D&B on pleasant hill is MUCH better.

I come here with my kids all the time. Its a nice Dave and Busters with a big bar, dining area and game area. No bowling or Laser Tag here, but its a great time. Ive come with my kids and also done a guys night here and its always a good time. The bartenders are all awesome and the food is great!

Had a good time here during our companys team building event. Once location and very attentive staff. All of the games were in good working order and clean, which is a bonus. Food was good and the drinks were prepared well. I would like a better beer selection for my tastes, but they do have a beer for most everyone.

Always a fun time. Had a great drink at the bar that even came with a free copper mug. I like the new RFID card system that shows your credits and even manages your tickets. Plan on getting into the thousands if you want anything decent that is not Dave and Busters branded. 2700 for a Golden Girls Chia Pet. To the person I saw killing it on DDR: Im impressed. Also didnt know Luigis mansion had an arcade game. It was fun but read the instructions; it has different mechanics than the console.

The arcade here is so huge and has so many different types of games you can play as well as the different amount of players.

It was fun drinks are strong thats a plus only thing is some games didnt work like the vr rollercoaster and my card was giving me problems but thats it

I had to change my review from a couple of days ago. I previously gave them 5 stars because we had a great time. It was great family fun, however today I noticed that my bill was updated and someone put extra money on my bill. It was a extra 7.00 which is not much but I did not authorize the transaction. When I called to advise the manager what happen they said Im sorry that happened to you. We will refund the extra and it will take 5 to 7 business days. WHAT! THATS IT? Your company stole from me and all you cab say is sorry that happened we will give the 7.00 back. WOW. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I may never step a foot in a Dave and Busters again. I spend my hard earned money and you take from me. That is not right. Even worse that you shrug me off like it doesnt matter. Well I guess they get points for refunding me. (We will see what happens in the next two weeks)People watch your account if you do go and use your debit card. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

I want to make sure when I walk up to the bar I dont see 7 employees talking and laughing, I want to see them not stare at me and have my actual waitress pay attention to my needs not looking like a ghost town, I come here often but its making me want to go to a different location, to were I get more of a how can I help you mood set. I tip well, but I want to actually feel like Im wanted there not a mood killer.

Horrible service, horrible food. First, walked in on a Friday night, it was pretty dead....shouldve been the first sign. When the hostess finally came to her stand, it was like we were bothering her. Our server was nice but the food was horrible. It took quite a while to get an appetizer & 2 kids meals(again they were not busy at all)....food was not hot, it was dried out, just gross. We wont be back.

Dave & Busters isnt really my thing. The beer selection is very poor, the food is acceptable, and most of the games are fairly priced. The prizes are what youd expect (overpriced carnival toys and ridiculously out of reach high end toys). It was a fun time with colleagues from work, but it wouldnt be my first choice for a party with adults.

Extremely awesome food. Great service in that area. Would love to say the same about the service on the floor, however I cannot. When asking for assistance there was not one moment of eye contact because the lady was propped up against the counter on Instagram on her phone. Every thing else was great!

I give it 4 stars just because it wasnt as big as the others I have been too. And you can see the game floor from where your dining at. Other than that service was awesome as well as the food. We dined in here on June 17th the day before fathers day. My husband and I will return. The ribs werent that good to me either only because of the sauce. It was a bold flavor that I didnt care for but the texture was perfect. This dish was tasty overall.

Large, super clean and very well designed! Pretty delicious food and the staff is quite friendly as well!Heres the catch, things generally dont seem to be well organized. Receiving drinks and food at the restaurant can excerice your patience a bit and the accuracy of the dishes you receive are hit-&-miss (and you definitely dont want to send anything back, because youll have to wait again). Also it would be nice to be able to sit in the actual dining area.. At one point, the volume from the tv got turned up so loud we couldnt even communicate at our booth. So we moved on to the game room.There is ample space and plenty of brand new games here! However, I did find that at least 5 machines werent functioning properly. One of which was the VR attraction. After paying $5 per person (4 can ride at once), we found that 2 of the 4 seats were broken... I asked for a refund for those that couldnt ride, but the process took so long (over 20 minutes of standing around and getting ushered to different counters with no success), I just gave up and never received my money back.That said, I still recommend a visit if you have the time, it should be fun. Though its gonna be a 3 stars for me. Its good, but there is potential to be better.

This particular location has amazing customer service. We did a birthday party here and they were so willing to work within our budget, and take away things we did or didnt need, as well as providing great customer service throughout hosting our party here. Also when youre the birthday person you get an unlimited band that you can use all day long. Not only did the representative make sure that everything was handled but so did the general manager of this particular location. I cannot say enough good things about this particular Dave & Busters. Also theres Groupons available for you to have unlimited gameplay currently at a lot of Atlanta locations including this one. But it does not include the games tickets so please note that.

Pretty fun place to go on nights when they have deals for the points, or especially if you download and use their app to get more discounts. Food is pricey but pretty good bar food all around.

It was clean, ALL the games were in working order.... the food was great and came out at a descent time... our server was Shamar... he was new, but was attentive and polite. If he didnt know something, he made sure to get the correct answer. Unfortunately, our normal location in Duluth closed, so this will be our location for the time being!

I absolutely love Dave and Busters. Its always a blast and the bar is amazing. They have huge TVs, great food and awesome specials. Its fun for all age groups and generally isnt overly crowded. The bartenders and staff are generally pretty attentive and nice although sometimes there is a short wait for assistance. One of my favorite spots for a fun night out

Spent my daughters birthday here

Came in tonight and sat at the bar. Didn’t get greeted for 15 min and didn’t get my drink for another 10 min. At the point of ordering drinks I told the bartender we were almost ready to order food. After waiting another 15 min we decided we had been patient enough. We paid for our drinks and went to Outback Steakhouse across the parking lot where we were promptly greeted and served. The bartender was busting her hump but it looked like she needed help. A little mire awareness of her bar and surroundings would have helped too.

Nice place great atmosphere. Very nice employees. I came here to wait for orientation across the street since the ac in my car was out. When I left, my car needed a jump start! I told the manager panicking and not knowing what to do. He reassured me everything would be okay and got one of the employees to help. Great customer service

Service is bad, slow, full of attitud, the food was terrible...... not sure how no one in mgm sees this and makes an effort to improve. I gave this place a second chance but is not worth it, main event is 10 times better in my opinion.

I was watching the UFC on Saturday, March 7 the server came to us after 20 minutes we sit down then the server took our order we ordered four bottle of Modelo and to Winggers after 30 minutes I went and Check To see if my my beers were ready he came back to us and said that he forgot to put in the order at that point the kitchen was close so I said just bring us our two Modelo‘s and forget the rest then he brings us To draft Modelo beer I said we don’t want to drive we want bottle he goes back and bring it back still draft I said I don’t want it I just want to watch the fight now he said it’s on him don’t worry anyways we do not drink the beer he brings us a check I say We did not order this and I’m not paying for nothing he start arguing with us he wanted to fight us I’m telling him if you want us to pay go ahead and call your managerI asked for a manager like five times and no one showed up then I found one of the managers I try to talk to him he did not talk to me so one of the servers told us if if we want to speak to a manager we said no we good then we hear the manager that I spoke to saying to the server to go ahead and tell them to leave his building...There is some more stuff that the manager and the server said to us that would be inappropriate to say on hereII won’t be going back to this place again horrible service horrible management..

We visited on a Thursday night. There were several booths that needed cleaning so we ended up sitting at a table with my youngest sitting in my lap to reach the table. The waitress was friendly but service was very slow. After we had a chance to eat it was time to play some games. On average the games used 6 credits a piece per play so unless you are willing to spend a good amount of money on the game card alone you won’t be there for long. Disappointing at best.

I went here for a first date thinking Id grab a couple of drinks and play some arcade games. Im not sure what was going on that night but the servers in the restaurant area were nowhere to be found. Thankfully the host Nick looked out for us. He brought us our drinks, meals and made sure we were straight for the remainder of the night. My date was great company and she kept her complaints to a minimum which I appreciated given the delay in service. Nick alone is sole reason I would go back to this place. Hopefully the second time around the staff is more on point and eager to make some tip money. Thanks again Nick!!!! See you next time.

My 3 stars are mainly due to the price. I dropped $200 on a play card and went with my family last weekend. While we enjoyed our time there, I was amazed at the cost of every single game. Even at $100 which was the best deal for the amount of credit you get. The games on average cost over $1 for each game (again if you only bought a $20 pass that means these games may average $2 per play). Some games would last all of 5 seconds, like the drop the ball and get tickets games. Numerous games would take my money and not work, either balls wouldnt release on some games, or the joystick didnt work on another. (However that was less than 5% of my overall experience). Mainly it just comes back to this place is insanely expensive. With 3 kids and two adults consider how fast youll go through money if the average game only lasts a minute or two and cost $1-2 to play. We spent around $200 in an hour and a half, and I was trying to be conservative on how many games my kids got to play. Personally I like arcades that charge you a service fee to get in the door then let you play all you want. I do like this place, it is fun, it just isnt affordable with a family. Also, why is everything about getting tickets. I could care less about tickets. So many of the games seem to be more of a casino vibe trying to get those sweet tickets, instead of enjoying just playing the game. So yea 3 stars.

Clean arcade .machines that are kept up very well. Token machines with cards which is a nice find. Only one machine was out of order. Drinks are reasonable. And did not have food.Solid visit.

Its a great place when you want to go and watch sports with a group. They have 3 big screens and a lot of small screens, so no matter which direction you are facing you to not have to turn your head.

I dont know whats going on with this location in Alpharetta, GA. They have been open for 40 minutes and noone will answer the phone. Not even the corporate guest relations team can get anyone on the phone. I was just trying to give you $$$$. I guess you dont want it. They finally answer after corporate was calling them 45 mins later and the person who answered said they had been at the front the whole time and phone had not rung. Someone has some telephony issues.

I really like Dave & Busters video games, and the style of the place. The ambiance is very lovely as well. However, the food service is terrible. Theres only 1 waiter, theyre very short on staff, and the only waiter is rude and doesnt know how to properly serve food in chronological order. The food was cold when I received it. Symbolizing that my food was ignored. That entire dinning experience was a nightmare. Other than that, I had a somewhat of a good time.

Fun place to hangout with friends. The table service is awesome. I liked the game, the loud music and yes, Sports on screen all around! Sports buff this is your den!!!

Good environment. Food was good. Plan on waiting on your food and drinks for a long time. 45 minutes for a desert. Just play the games.

A great, new addition to Alpharetta. The place is clean, less crowded and sits alone, not attached to other buildings (mall/restaurants).. I enjoyed myself.. I even completed 15 rounds of tomb raider. 2 hours of standing/shooting. Freaking arms are sore. D/Bs, my new workout place!

Great place to bring the kids and let them run around till their hearts content. Brand new games and very up kept games will even inspire any adult to bring out the kid in them. Lots of TVs for those big sports fans especially on Fight Nights.

Games, food and drinks are wonderful. Always clean and games always working. Good prize selection. Employees lack enthusiasm. Always on their phones.

This is not the place for food but other than that, its perfect for some family time.The food was a big disappointment including chocolate shake. Your best bet here is probably mac n cheese.

It is a nice place but the prizes and games are a little bad. One my first time going there, I played the games and went to the prizes. There was no prizes. The shelves were not full and the prizes were uhh, okay but the good prizes cost a lot a tickets. The games were good but you will get bored there really fast. Like I said, it is a nice place but I dont really like it.

First time and last. Talk about a rip-off all day pass ONLY LETS YOU PLAY BLUE GAME AKA OLD an very few. The food just dont sick for two days afterwards. My son an I played almost everything and there not reall much there . The parking was great . But the drug deals in the parking lot were not only funny but sad.

Was really disappointed it took almost an hour just to get waited on and took longer than that to get food and drinks they seem like they are short staffed. I’m not planning on ever going back and I won’t recommend to any one I know!

It was not busy because of the time of day we went but we waited at the bar for 10 minutes and no one was there to take our order. As we walked away the lady came in from outside and was not very nice when she took our order.

Fun place to spend time with the family. Lots of games and plenty of different types to play and try out. The biggest drawback is the time service. It takes forever for the wait staff to acknowledge your presence and come by the table. Then it you need them during your meal they are no where to be found.

What can I said! We got so much fun every time that my two girls and I visited this place we had a lot of fun! want to become a child this is the place I recommend it

The two times I have been to this establishment. I have enjoyed the atmosphere & the attention given to me and my group by the staff. Very professional not interrupting during great sports moments and not making as it pertains to add on sales. We were able to order what we wanted and when we wanted to without feeling we had out started our welcome at our table. Thanks Dave & Busters staff for your services all the way around.
