This location is excellent. The staff, most notably Michael, are superior. They really worked with us to get us a great deal on food and tokens. I hadnt been here in over a decade... brought my daughter and niece and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza and cheese bread was very fresh and delicious as well. There are a few things for under 2 y.o to do, mostly for older children 3-4 and up. My 1.5 y.o still had fun in the atmosphere. Out of any location, we will always return to this one.

The tall black manager was very helpful! The black woman general manager. Was quite rude and even told the guy he was being too helpful in front of us. We had s great time and created a party for my son

Games are old and not functioning well. Service was ok. Not at all the feel of a kids play area. We have been in many different chuck e cheeses from NY to Georgia and this is most unpleasant experience yet. Not happy. I dont normally leave reviews I just had to on this one.

Exceptional customer service. They made you sanitize at the door and checked your temperature. They have sanitizer everywhere. The manager was very friendly and staff was great. Some of the games were down bc of social distancing but overall had a great time! Please go support them during these times!

My grandchildren experienced Chuck E. Cheese for the first time and loved it! We used to spend every birthday there for our youngest child. It was her favorite birthday destination! It cost about $10/hr per child (ages 3 & 5). We spent two hours there. Best time to go: right when they open on a weekday.

Clean. Friendly staff. Hot pizza at a reasonable price, and they even serve beer and wine! You can purchase cards by points or minutes. The kiddos had a great time, althought the prize options arent very good. You dont get many tickets from each game.

The staff was magnificent, they opened a few minutes early, when they saw us standing outside. If every human being started their day with 20 minutes of play wed have a whole new world!

I had my daughters fifth birthday party here and I couldn’t be happier mike was our host and he made the whole experience more than worth it. If your looking for a great place to have your child’s party this is it. I’m not sure if you can request a host but if you can I highly recommend mike.

Most of the staff that work here are fantastic. Unfortunately, the experience was beyond ruined by an insulting and rude manager. I reported to CNC HQ and they told me the regional manager would contact me. I’ve heard nothing from him/her.

Well place was neat and clean. I went on a Monday so it was not that crowded. I felt that it had limited gaming options. Good thing is that Golden corral us next to it, so anyone wants more than pizza and salad can go there.

Visited based on someones recommendation. Its a really wonderful and worthwhile place for families with kids. You can spend 2 hours for just $32 and play any game there from video games to basketball and lot of other stuff. You earn tickets for each play based on your score that you can turn to cash value and barter with goods there at the end. Definitely worth for the price you pay. No entry fee!

A good bargain, especially if you are doing the combo for your kids. The staff is nice and usually generous / lenient when it comes to the smaller prizes. However, the last few times we have been here the card scanners have gone out at least twice for 5-10 minutes each of lost time. Nothing is done to compensate for this failure in the system and nobody is able to play games at all when it happens so its just lost time on your cards. I estimate we have lost at least forty minutes in two trips to this phenomenon.

Perfect indoor play area for kids above 3 years. Variety of games to improve their focus and co ordination skills. Kids are excited to get tickets which can be redeemed for goodies. Seperate area for birthday parties too

Manager rang us up. He added additional items without asking if we wanted them. I didnt realize until later when I looked at my receipt. Its easier to just not return.

I remember Chuck-E-Cheese growing up being dirty, bad food and really just about the games. Attended a party a few months back, kids had a great time. Then we came back for a fun time this weekend. Kids had a blast, all games were working, staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Everyone was having fun and dancing during the birthday song, even the lady at the front door. They have a great security check to ensure kids dont leave with the wrong person, the food was surprisingly good, love the salad bar option, and as an adult you can get one beer an hour. Keysha and Michael, were great. The girl that took our food order forgot to add one item. When I asked about it we realized it wasnt rung up on the receipt and we told them no big deal dont worry about it. Manager went and had one made and brought it out apologizing for the inconvenience. Great customer service, even the gentleman fixing machines, he kept giving my son 1 ticket as he stashed them in his pocket and giggling, we will be back.

Kids had fun, pizza was great, would have given 5 stars but they had some system issues which stopped all games 3 times. After that, it was fine.

First time going since I was a kid an a lot has changed. Half as many games, no ball pits, and the jackpots are now a joke. I son liked it but it was nothing like when I was a kid

The employees really tried and did a pretty good job. I dont blame them for the rushed feel of the party. The kids were oblivious to this and really enjoyed themselves. The birthday boy had a blast.

My family and I had really fun time. We went early on a weekday and got an unlimited play pass. It was almost empty which made it that much better because it wasnt crowded lol. It was clean and the service was super friendly

Had soo much fun...this place is ideal to have a birthday party or just spend a weekend playing games.

We went there for a toddler birthday party. Food was average. The photo printed from some games are poor quality. Service could be improved a lot. Chuck E Cheese mascot didnt do much during the party; stood for some photo ops.

Many machines werent functioning. Manager was less than friendly. Clearly wasnt happy yo be there and neither was the other female employee. Helping customers seemed to be a hassle instead of something they enjoyed. Games dont give out very many tickets at all and a lot of the games are more skill than anything which is even difficult for an adult. Tough place to win and tougher place to have fun when customer service doesnt want to be there. Unfortunately it makes my kids happy so we will no doubt be back.

Food wise its superb, 5 star for that.However it was too much chaos in my duaghters birthday party.It was too congested, they did not leave enough space between two birthday parties.Please talk about that before having one.

Poor experience. Musty/old scent in entrance. Building appears older and could use remodel or update. The restroom was disgusting, visible mold/mildew on sink.Tables/booths near games were not clean. The ticket machines were defective during my visit, game floor associate stated that when the machines are dusty it counts backwards. Chuck E. Cheeses is affordable fun for kids but definitely not wowed by service and experience. Ive visited other locations and had a much better experience. Dave & Busters is nearby this location and for a comparable price a much better and cleaner experience, except for Chuck E. Cheese walking around.

The food was fine. The front desk service was great! The women who served us was very friendly and helpful. Chuck E seemed very unenthusiastic when he had to come out to see the kids..but to his defense the kids werent excited to see him either. He threw about 20 single tickets to the few kids that were around him. The place in a whole could definitely use an upgrade on a lot.

Great place once you are inside. Parking lot is not really safe. My car got broken into right in the parking lot. Their camera system does not work and staff was not helpful getting any footage out of their camera system even when the cops requested. Have heard several break in incidents in the parking lot. Keep your valuables out of the car if you plan to be at this place.

My grandchildren had a great time. We were there for my granddaughters sixth birthday not for fine haute cuisine. The children seemed to have a fantastic time. The staff did a first rate job although it must require nerves of steel to work in such a noisy environment with hundreds of squealing youngsters running amok.

Its been a while since Ive visited Chuck E Cheese. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was goodand kudos to the staff.They was very attentive and super duper nice.I will be back!

Over priced we paid $40 just for thirty minute of playtime and a medium pizza and 7 wings. Then I won my daughter about 130 tickets and she could only get two 10¢ costing toys. TOO OVER PRICED AND NOT AT ALL WORTH IT. WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!! GO TO DAVE AND BUSTERS OR MAIN EVENT THEN AT LEAST YOU WILL HAVE FELT LIKE IT WAS MONEY WELL SPENT!!! SAY NO TO CHUCK E. CHEESE!!!

Good fun place for kids, its getting a bit dated now but still good. Even grown ups can have few fun games with the basket balls etc.

Wow, a Chuck E Cheese visit that wasnt a nightmare. Previously I hated this place. Too noisy and a general disaster. I was very pleasantly surprised this time. Theyve dropped the tokens in favor of a card that allows unlimited play for a fixed period, its a _much_ better system. The volume seemed a little lower. The pizza was passable. Definitely improved.

Parents should at least teach their children to be respectful they can have fun and be courteous literally asked a mom to move her girls back out if my face while I turned in my tickets due to my anxiety and Mom said guess you need to hurry. What kind of response was that the kids didnt leave a inch between my face and theirs and the parents couldnt ask them to step back. Thats why the kids these days are disrespectful . Passed off the tickets to my daughter and left because I have consideration for the other kids trying to have a good time but 10 years ago I would have sat those kids down and slapped their mom

The workers are nice and food was bought out promptly. Salad bar had old lettuce and you could tell no one was really tending to the itemsHOWEVER !!! I don’t understand why it is so damn HOT inside the place !!! I had to walk outside just to get some cool air and it’s 80 degrees outside and felt cooler !!!

I was nervous at first because this was my first party here and I had only been here once ever but I gave it a shot and I was happy how our host Brianna made sure we were good and kept everything in order and had such a great attitude. Food was on time and was great . Facility was clean . Game cards were on time . I was impressed . My daughter was so happy and excited and Im so relieved how smooth everything went . Too stay so calm and positive in a kind of stressful environment yall did a great job . Definitely will recommend to others .

Great place for kids to spend some time.

Went for my daughter’s friend’s birthday party. Games were fun, party was organized, and everyone had a good time. I do now believe the conspiracy theory about their pizza. They only let you buy 2 alcoholic drinks, which is kind of a bummer. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Overall this Chuck E cheese is pretty good. the staff is always friendly, and for the most part, the general areas are clean. we often have had trouble with the bathrooms being quite filthy. generally, its very crowded on the weekends, but if you go during the week before 5:30, its not bad. the pizzas here are pretty quickly made, and decent for a kids place. Their on line coupons can make it a decent value especially if you have multiple children.

It’s a kids enjoyment place. 10 dollar and you can play all games collect point and get gift with Jose point. I like the idea and good place to spend an hour or two.

Great place to have my great- nephews 7th birthday party! The kids had a great time. I did not eat any of the pizza so cannot comment on that but the facility was very clean and well maintained.

Overall a good experience almost every time, sometimes entry level employees could use some attitude adjustments or some customer service training, but thats to be expected.

Brats and out of beer. Just hog-tie me and dump me in Disney World. I will admit that my kids and now grandkids have always loved it. I always felt like a culture in a petri dish.

We had both our kids birthdays here this year, on in August, and the other one yesterday. We had a great experience both times. The girls/hostesses are awesome. I ordered a birthday package that the description on the website sounds very tempting and in reality it is not worth the price at all, the girl who was attached to me to guide me and help me in my birthday is not kind and helpful I should have looked for her at any moment. I closed there because my friends closed in there and allowed them to bring kosher food because we are Jews and I was forbidden to bring, and the price of your food is outrageous, nothing went well, everything was a disappointment

I celebrated my daughters birthday here. Kids loved the games and the staff really made sure that my guests are having a great time. Their food is just yummy. We ordered veg pizza and sandwitches and you cant resist eating more and more. I can anytime go here just to have food. Chuck e was so friendly that all kids loved him. Parking is free here so enjoy.

Just do it! For your kids sake. Although this time we went was very crowded and they were very short staffed... machines were not working correctly and not handing out tickets... they had no one there to fix them. Some very upset customers. Usually A terrific place for you kids or grandkids.

Food is bleh, service is meh, doesnt look real clean and restrooms smell... But my son loves to play here and the whole pay for time makes it easier to set limits for kids on when to leave. So well keep coming back.

Such a fun places for birthdays!!!

Theyve changed things quite a bit since I was a kid. The rides for my young child were very limited. I remember a ride for little ones that had colorful lights and moved chairs up and down while going in a circle. Theres nothing like that now, only small cars that move in a bumping motion and a really small train.

Its a good place for birthday party and fun gaming place where both kids and adults can have fun.

If you are having a birthday party, both the birthday coordinator and birthday manager ensure that you have a 5 star service. The cast members embrace the children with a smile and have fun with them by playing games and talking with them. Best location Ive been to in Georgia.

They now have the minute system. $10 will give you one hour to have fun and use as many machines as possible in this timeframe. Once an hour,a costumed,chuck e cheese comes out and dances with the kids,then throws out tickets for them to catch. A pizza buffet with salad is available during the week. Children under 2 eat the buffet free.

Best 30 minutes ever! Machines are very updated. Now you dont just have tokens. You pay by time slot or by an accumulated points. Still had a great time!

We had my Sons third Birthday party here yesterday. We had a lot of fun! All the children had a blast and us parents were surprised that the pizza was really good. It was very affordable.Our party host Amelia was amazing! She was very sweet and put a lot of effort into making sure we had everything we needed and making sure we were having a good time. The manger on duty was awesome as well. She introduced herself and checked back with us to make sure everything was okay.The only thing is that it can get busy. I mean, super busy. So crowed that it can be a bit annoying and overwhelming. All in all it was a great experience and I hope to be back there very soon for a family outing.

Good place to spend some time

Its a great place for kids to spend time for 1-2 hours. The limited time unlimited game option works the best. It is also more engaging for Adults (in a good way) compared to places like get air and the likes though the latter do gets kids more worked out.
