Don’t dare come here on weekends the wait time for bowling alley during weekends can be easily for 2 hours. I felt the prices are high when compared to other bowling places. They had good collection of drinks. The customer service is very very slow. They have bowling, pool and different games available.

First time here 2 weeks ago was good. Today however wasnt good at all. Service mostly, very slow to take orders and deliver the food. Wouldnt say the staff has been rude but they definitely arent happy to be here.

I had never been to a Main Event, it is very fun and beautiful. It was nice to get out and know they are taking precautions as best as possible.

I enjoyed coming here for bowling and playing pool. I would honestly say if you are going as a couple stick to that because there is not much to do in the arcade area together because of social distancing. Air hockey is probably the only arcade available for couples worth playing. The bartender Joy was a delight I enjoyed her service. I will definitely be back

What an absolute waste of money. The best thing I have to say about this experience was the staff. They were incredibly understanding of how bad it is to spend money at this terrible place. Less than half of the games that claimed to worked, actually did. A good number were turned off, we assumed due to Covid-19 but the ones that were on, still did not work! We would swipe our cards, it would eat our credits and NOTHING would happen. The staff refunded us some credits and were very apologetic but it continued to happen. Not their fault, clearly a bigger issue. Dont waste your time, go to Dave and Busters, they have better games.

Went for a company party. So much fun! From the dancing game to bike racing and connect 4 with friends and family to the high ropes course, bowling and laser tag, we had a blast! The company was even kind enough to exchange the game cards we didnt use for coupons to use later.

We had a great time! There was an employee by the name of JOY, who was extremely hospitable, professional and accommodating! I would like to highlight her congenial persona; in times like this we need more employees like Joy! She made loyal patrons out of us. Had a great time here. Was little curious how a place like this would be with all the COVID stuff going on & they had what I thought to be an effective system for customers to stay safe while social distancing. Everything was clean & I saw multiple employees walking around cleaning. The games were fun and everything was in working order.

This location is the BEST one. Its a really fun place for both adults and kids. The staff is amazing especially our server Quartney she took care of us from the moment we got there until closing and she was just simply one of the best servers I have ever had. She was so nice and fast every time we saw her she was running around taking care of her people, an honest hard worker!!! We will definitely be going back!

Even during the pandemic they are taking tons of safety precautions. They had temperature checks at the door. We always play pool and watch the game with drinks at the bar. They also have arcade games, laser tag, virtual reality, an extensive food menu, and bowing.

Came here for a bday, food, service, and activities were great! Theres laser tag, bowling, an arcade, a bar, pool, rope course, and a few other things. This is definitely the place to be for fun! :)

This place is terrible. Everything here is way overpriced. Staff was rude to everybody, and took them almost 30 minutes just to bring drinks. I will never come back here. This place is just a waste of time, and money.

It was fun to go here with my fiance, however they were not very strict about face coverings despite having several signs posted that they were required.The bathrooms were clean and there was hand sanitizer and glove stations in several places.Most of the two player games were only one player because of every other game being disabled in an attempt to enforce social distancing, which is understandable but it was kind of a bummer when we were specifically looking to play games together.

Excellent arcade, pool tables, and bowling! Added pluses are full bar and food! Great staff!

The experience was fun and the social distance measure is put in place. The food was good and the drinks were pretty good too. Just remember that when you go social distance is in place.

I visit here frequently and every time I come, Mursal was the cook there and he does not disappoint at all. He make the best tasting food you can ask for. I am always grateful to never have had a bad experience with him yet. Thank you so much!!

I am definitely not coming here again. the workers are extremely rude and when me and my friend tried getting ice cream they thought that we were only going for free ice cream but actually we didn’t like the ice cream and the worker cussed us out. I used to love this place but the workers are just very rude and do not treat customers politely. Hopefully they will fix their policy and get new workers because this is just unacceptable.

I had a great time at the Main Event. All the employees were excellent and very polite. Everyone in our party enjoyed all the games, bowling and Laser Tag. We had a very enjoyable experience and will be back again.

We had a great time here. We met some friends from our of state. Clean, smoke free environment. We played the arcade games so I cannot rate the food, bowling or other attractions at this time but the game card price options are reasonable and the game cost is decent, also the ticket return is good as well. There are lots of prize options for lower ticket amounts so that is good for the young kiddos. Nice place for a nice time out with friends.

Best indoor games place in town. They have diffirent kind of games like pools, bowling, video games. They have best deals for corporate parties. It have restaurant and the food and here are awesome, pricing of the food is good. It has birthday party hall. Overall it is good place for all ages.It has huge parking space. I took my boyfriend here on Thursday March 5th. I had a great experience! The staff was very patient & friendly, the food & drinks were great. We had one of the games lag & the staff members quickly resolved everything for us. Joy was especially helpful & patient with us as I kept coming to her with questions. This was my boyfriend’s first time & he loved it. We will be back.

Main Event never disappoints! I took 3 boys, ages 6, 8 and 9. We bowled two rounds then played in the arcade section. They have fun music playing, and consistently replace old machines with new one news. The prize selection is pretty fast, so the kids love that! They have recharge stations throughout the place and balance checkers as you go. Fun time!

The food was good and it was fun but the service was nonexistent. We had to wait a long time to get our food and even after we ate and went to play when we came to order drinks I waited 10 minutes just for a beer. To be fair we did go around noon during a weekday and I suspect that after work hours and weekends are more their prime time, but still, if your open you should staff accordingly so that is no excuse.

Great place for parents and kids. We eat, they eat and play. Or we eat and play too! The food is quite good. They now have specials where you can get an entree plus $10, 29 or 30 in game play at a pretty deep discount over if you had paid separately. Grandson is 11 so we feel safe about letting him loose. Get familiar with the venue, then decide how much freedom you want to grant. Dinner for 3 plus $30 in games was less than $100 which I considered a great deal!

We went and had a great time. Very clean and well kept. Our only problem was most of the games were shut down. There were some open but for what we paid very upset what we were able to do for our money.

The place is very fun. I had a great time with my family. The only issue is the wait trying to schedule activities. There is a lot of times where not all the registers are used, and some of the employees are just standing around instead if helping other people that are waiting. Thats really my only bad thing to say. All in all, this is a great place to just have a good time with your family.

This place is awesome. Great indoor entertainment place. We celebrated our daughter birthday. She and her friends enjoyed a lot. The only caveat is the long wait times for bowling. I would definitely recommend this place. Give it a try!!!

Lots of things to do bowling, laser tag and pool tables. Very spacious and busy place. Short on employees. Cant substitute certain foods. Prices are reasonable especially on Mondays. But overall adults, kids and teens will enjoy the place.

This is one of those places where you can visit alone or with friends and still have an amazing time. This was my first visit here, for a friends birthday. I loved the arcade, unlimited bowling and Lazer tag. Played there for hours with friends. The only concern was that it took very long to get the food after ordering something. Id definitely visit again.

Great vibe to watch the big game

Overall the place is clean and has friendly staff. Went for a work event and had a southern spread with sausage, ribs, cornbread and all that. It was actually pretty good considering Im not coming to this place for the food. Star deduction for arcade games on the expensive side ($1.50 was the cheapest I saw), and the pins on the bowling alley have different colored light on them. Makes it hard to see. Would definitely come back for a party or some pool after work.

Love this place! Food is good. Prices are good. Food is not overpriced as you would expect. My kids love coming here, and we have a lot of work outings here as well. If you have youngsters, I suggest taking them home prior to 7pm on the weekends. The older, party crowd starts trickling in and there is no security.

Fun variety of games and activities, which all seemed to be in working order. Place was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, Customer Service is not great. May be understaffed. Slow - waited an eternity for chicken fingers, and it wasnt busy. Employees acted like they didnt want to be there. No smiles or any pretense of appreciating customers. I was there with a company group. Well pick another place next time, as there are a couple of options just down the street.

The better of the Main Events in Atlanta imo. Sometimes a good amount of games seem to be broken, but that always seems to be the case with these types of places. Some machines are also purposefully shut down right now due to COVID so thats a little frustrating, but it is still fun. They still have food with a limited menu (no salads lol). It looked like laser tag was closed last time I went. Sometimes the place to redeem tickets closes early so make sure you hit it up by 10p. There is an AMAZING VR game that is a must try - highly recommend the zombie one.

Went to this Main Event about 2 weeks ago. Me and my Fiance got the All Access Pass, we paid and then went to get a card to pay the arcade games. If it wasnt for my buddies being there we wouldnt of had any clue you had to schedule a time slot for all the activities. Wait times for bowling and lazer tag were about 3 hours so we ended up getting nothing out of the $40 we spent. Overall, it was a chaotic, unorganized mess and all the staff seemed extremely stressed and overwhelmed. Im not upset with the staff, they were great, however the business model just seems kinda scammy. Also, if your concerned about Covid mighy wanna skip this place. There wasnt really any enforcement of face coverage and while there was hand sanitizer out I never saw anyone sanitizing any of the arcade equipment.

Place is clean, plenty of games to keep kids entertained, but its pretty pricey and has become very popular. On a Friday night we put our names on a list for a bowling lane and were told it was an hour and fifteen minute wait. It turned out to be over two and a half hours and we got the lane open text after we left to go somewhere else. Fun place, but has become very busy.

Its a fun place to hang out with family and friends! I cant comment on the food since I just propped in to drop off a gift. However, the place is huge with lots to do. Theres a bowling alley, virtual reality games, video games and many other activities designed for all ages. My only concern was parking.

The food was ok but then need to put some oil on the bowling lanes.

This place is fun, tons to do, older and younger kids love going. Bar is nice for a parent who would like a drink. The food was not bad for this type of place either. Bowling is alright, though every time Ive gone there are always technical issues and glitches with the pins. Either reset malfunctions, or it takes extra pins you didnt knock down and gives you credit... The score keeping screens are cool, you can take pictures. The large screens with music videos behind the alley is great as well.Laser Tag is super fun. It has one of the largest courses I have ever played in. It lasts a good amount of time too. The only issue is staff. No excitement, or even explanations of anything, gun, vest, scoring etc...The staff is hit or miss. You can get some great kids working here, trying hard and then you see those ones that are here to glide through summer and have no clue what work ethic or customer satisfaction means.I am curious if non Summer crew will be any different.Either way great fun place, lots to do and see.

Went in with my family for my nieces birthday. My sister inlaw had been given some timed cards as a compensation for a previous visit and as we tried to use them, we found that the time that was given wasnt there as promised. I asked the manager Chris about it and he apologized for the mistake and added the time back to the cards. Super kind, super friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us. We will definitely be back. Thank you Chris for your help.

Clean and well lit! Has a restaurant inside (we didnt try the food), all relevant, working and really fun video games. They have a really cool and unique series of rope bridges in the rafters you can climb on. That was really fun! Expensive (especially for the video games) and complicated prize redemption.

Very fun place. Went bowling with family and was impressed with music and ambiance! Food was nothing short of amazing.

Staff needs to clean and sanitize between each party bowling, also there is minimal social distancing because on busy nights they sell all the lanes.

We enjoyed the overall experience in particular the laser tag and bowling. The bowling lanes are a little bit iffy, sometimes it will only set 9 out of 10 pins and the bumpers may go up or down at random times. The laser tag was really fun, but the guy running it was in a bad mood before and after our game, very poor customer service. The staff at the front desk were helpful even though it was super busy. It is super loud in this place, so dont come expecting to leave relaxed.

Went to speak to the manager to possibly have a big event there. We were greeted by the staff but the person that was supposed to meet us there forgot. I was told that after our meeting that we would be contacted about our event. NO ONE CONTACTED ME OR MY REPRESENTATIVE and now it is 2 months later. I think this place is great if you want to go as a small group or family, but Im disappointed that this is how we were handled.

Overall good place for kids; we had been here probably 6+ times.Few times the game machine takes the money out without any usage. No one follow up.

We just had our 2nd post holiday party and it was a blast! I think the packages they offer are a good value and everyone had a fun time. There were so many different things to do, which made it easy for everyone to have fun. And it was very easy going but organized! BTW there is some sort of insane giant sundae dessert that should be on everyones to do list!

This place is super amazing with tons of activities to keep both parents and kids engaged. You can find arcade, bowling, laser tag, pool and much more. You can also signup for a free 30 mins arcade pass what you’ll receive on your email - it’s completely worth it. One thing what my wife and son loved is the Virtual Reality game, it’s engaging and fun and I could hear them scream at times which was kinda fun to watch.

Excellent staff though the poor girl was running all over bc they were under staffed to begin with. Lots of fun options. The food was okay, a little bland. The music was a bit too loud for any kind of conversing. Also a tad pricey. Facility kept fairly clean.

Good place for kids entertainment.. We have so many options to play. Some machines are out of service but when we swipe the card they will deduct our card credits. Food is good. We liked cheesy french fries it was very good. The customer service is bad. We are allocated number 22 for bowling and there was some technical issue. One representative told they will look into it and we waited for 20 minutes. After some time we went again and asked when technician will come come she told ohhh i forgot.. This was sad

I have had better experiences at this location except the last time I visited here with my cousins visiting from out of town. It was Mon, Dec 23rd around 11 PM and we decided to go here just because all of us were hungry and this was the only place open.There was no one to take our order. So, after waiting for about 10 mins, we walked over to the bar and ordered drinks and asked for Menus. The bartender ignored us for another 5 mins or so (understandable - she was punching in receipts into the computer). Asked for an orange slice for the Blue Moon and got a stare and rolling eyes. We ignored that and ordered foodHere was our order1. Kids Cheese Pizza2. Cali Chicken Sandwich - House-marinated grilled chicken breast, leaf lettuce, tomato,avocado, red onion & ranch mayo on a toasted brioche bun.3. Buffalo Chicken Wrap - Crispy fried chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce & served in a warm tortilla with our signature three cheese blend, choppedlettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion & ranch mayo (Sub house marinated grilled chicken).(Note: Handhelds - Served with fresh, seasoned fried. Sub side Garden Salad SUB SIDE for $1.00 )She put in the order into the system and we told her we are sitting on a table directly across the bar and left.After waiting for about 30 mins the kids pizza showed up and both other orders were late. I finished the entire pizza in about 15 mins and at that total 45 min mark, walked up to the bartender and asked for the status of the remaining order. She was surprised we were still waiting on the other order. She went in and checked and said, it would be out soon. After about 5 mins, order # 3 - Buffalo chicken wrap showed up.Another 15 mins go by and there was no sign of order # 2 - Cali Chicken Sandwich - so I asked for the status again. It came out in a couple of minutes. However, the chicken was charred and burnt with a very dry rubbery taste. There was NO Avocado and Ranch Mayo in the sandwich and the buns were not or very very lightly toasted. Please see the attached pictures.I showed the bartender the sandwich but the response was VERY RUDE. Without even trying to understand the problem, she raised her voice and said, what do you want me to do? Comp off the sandwich?I politely explained, this is not about money. We have been waiting for a long time and the one order that came out tastes burnt. She said OK and left the bar. I thought she went to the kitchen to tell them about this but she never returned for the entire time (about 20 more mins) till we were there. Another girl was then at the bar wrapping up for the day and I asked for the check.There was nothing comped off and this new girl did not know anything about the situation and I did not bother to tell her the entire story. I paid the tab and told her I usually do not do this but I am not leaving any tip for this tab because of the attitude of the bartender here before her, the wait time, self service and quality of the food. She nodded and said OK (I feel sorry for her) and we left.Never expected such service from this location at all. Highly disappointed.All in all, a very bad experience in front of family visiting from out of town.Could have given a zero rating for this one occasion if I could.

Nice place to hang out with friends, during holidays there is a bit of rush so better to book a slot before going during holidays or weekends. The ambience is nice and the color lighting is also soft to match your mood

Though it had potential to be good experience, the poor service was inexcusable. The bartender was inattentive in spite of their being only 3 people at the bar, we got put on the waiting list for a pool table and told we were first in line, but even as the tables opened they never bothered to notify us and kept filling them with other individuals, and when we finally got a table to play on, it was surrounded by the last partys half eaten appetizers which were not removed for the entire duration of our stay. If you make the decision to give this place a try, anticipate a bumpy ride and hope you were luckier than we were.

Two hour wait to even get on... Dont waste your time going yet...

Its hard to rank a business that offers an activity such as bowling lower than a 4 but I feel like this establishment can improve. Its not too far off from earning a 4 or 5 star ranking. Their cocktail-drink-making capability is very limited due to the lack of ingredients; leaving it only to a choice of about 15 sugary drinks on the menu. It seems that they have stopped waiting on / taking and bringing orders at the bowling lanes, which takes away from the time spent bowling since each person has to go to bar to get their drink, holding up the game and wasting parts of the hour each lane is rented for, which is really annoying. Also, the arcade games are a little too expensive. It is obfuscated by using a swipe card for adding credits to in order to play a game, but most games are decently expensive after doing the math behind how many credit points each game requires for play, versus how much the credits cost when loading credits onto the swipe card.Overall, its a decent place that offers a plethora of entertainment all in one place, which the Alpharetta/Roswell area needs but there are definitely ways that they can improve the customer experience to make it more enjoyable for everyone.

My family and I had the most fun at Main Event, the Monday special is well worth. Bowling and pool, the best!

We loved the variety of activities to choose from! We originally went there to bowl and ended up playing billiards and arcade games. We had loads of fun!

Lots of choices. Pool tables, bowling, video games. Plus drinks and bar food. We went for a team outing, and everyone had fun. Its very loud (games, bar volume, people), so dont plan on quiet conversation.

Ive been here a few times and for the most part its very enjoyable. Drinks are decently priced but the bowling seems a little high. Service is spot on and everyone was extremely polite and helpful.
