We visited this location 10/26/2020 for my sons birthday, during our 2 1/2 hour stay there I noticed that NO TEAM MEMBER were cleaning or sanitizing any machine or anything what so ever. after our visit there ALL member from our family got sick as of today 11/09/2020 we all continue being sick. THIS PLACES NEEDS TO START FOLLOW CDC GUIDELES RULES because its a place where kids and parents are touching machine and tables and nothing is being wiped.

Very clean location, which is vital during Covid times. The staff was friendly, and the food was delish! Be prepared to take a selfie with your party, on your phone. This is their new way to stamp each person, instead of actually stamping you. They check your temp at the door..but 1st time someone scans my hand, and not my forehead for my temp

Its been years since Ive been to a chuck e cheese but we visited this location 11/25/2020. It was very clean. They were out wiping down the machines quite a few times. They were very helpful and patient with my kids.

I was at this location for over 3 hours and did not see a single employee come through the dining or game area to sanitize the areas and equipment. so much for following the guidelines posted on their own website. Oh and another thing, I wasnt allowed to leave until I showed the selfie we were forced to take upon entry. How messed up is that? Who do they think they are telling me that I cant leave without showing them a picture.

Fun all around, I like the play all you can deal! Food should be better, right now it feels like a punishment. Again the place got better, New machines are welcome

During this coronavirus situation this place has reduced its amount of guest to 40% which is nice. Everyone must wear a mask and they have a sanitizing station. We had a great time for my son birthday.

This one overrated. I hate to say this but it is extremely ghetto now. People just sit down and let they kids run wild. Smh everybody shouldnt be able to have kids. Dont go here please try a different location

Ok so I took my kids here to kill a couple hours. We didnt eat the food, so I cant speak on it. However, I was impressed by the size. I was expecting something small to medium size and found it to be quite spacious. I know we will be going there again

Its a relief that we can take our kids especially during these crazy times. Even though senor the rides were out of service, needless to say I was definitely satisfied.

Weve been here a few times and though its always crowded the staff is friendly, service is fast and the restaurant clean. there are a few rides and games suited for small children like my two year old as well as others for older kids.

They have really improved over the years. For my daughters birthday they offer everything you can think of and the hostess that we had was very attentive! Definitely recommend.

Its Chuck E. Cheeses..what else would you expect? Its fairly noisy at times during the evening and weekends. Salad bar and beer available.Clean tables, Staff are mostly young kids who look like their ready to go. Get more play for your dollars with timed play instead of tokens.

Great place for a birthday party for young children. Pizza, cake, drinks, table set, games for all ages before and after the pizza. Everything done, cleanup done. Kind of pricey, but total success.

This place has become crazy expensive. However, the kids still love it. The salad bar could be cleaner and replenished more often. The staff could be a little more friendly.

We had a great time! The staff were courteous. The establishment was pretty clean; but of course, there were lots of children running around. We would definitely go back.

Ill give it 3 stars because my children still enjoyed themselves. I remember when Chuck e cheese was the place to go for cheap fun. The whole system has changed. The cards instead of the tokens, the paying for time instead of a certain amount amount for games. I spent so much money I definitely wasnt expecting to. And I paid for the buffet thinking they added pizza to it but there was pizza and no salad bar just lettuce cheese and dressing. There were a couple of games that also werent working. I could have taking them to dinner and to a park and they would have been just as satisfied. Times have really changed.

A little noisy for an old guy but the pizzas good. LOL

This location is way better than the Fairfax location. The pizza isnt half bad.

The children loved it... And I enjoyed seeing the children so well taken care of.

Perfect venue for 5 year birthday party. We decided trading cost of party there for ease of set up and clean up was worth it. Plus most parents who dont know you or your child well would rather go to a public place than risk the unknown of a strangers house.

Not an enjoyable experience especially for smaller kids. The place was so crowded that there was no way to let the kids play some of the cooler games. Even worse, there were adults hogging some of the games for long periods of time! Apparently some people have no shame! There may be little that the Chuck E Cheese management can do about this, but it completely ruins the experience and makes the unlimited play for fixed periods of time a complete waste.To make matters worse there are only two kiosks where you can add/pause time. Due to the crowds it was a waste to even try pausing time since several minutes would be wasted doing so. (WHICH... you are only allowed to pause one time anyway.)Basically the combination of the crowds and the scam/rip off of selling you cards with unlimited play for a fixed period of time, means we will probably never go here again. This is NOT what we wanted our kids first Check E Cheeses experience to be like. I guess it will also be their last, at least for the Alexandria VA location.

I had a wonderful time at Chuck E. Cheese, with my grandbaby Amani and her friend Tayla!!Mostly, I left my debit card in the purchase machine and one of your employees came over and verified me and gave me my card back!! The thought of my debit card being used my someone else, was terrifying!! I couldnt have thanked her enough, I will always come back to CHUCK E. CHEESE, for fun and honesty!!!!

This CEC surpassed my expectations. Very clean, food was fresh, not overwhelmed loud, and my kids had a great time.

Cant pay me to go here again. I went only because it was a birthday party. Bathrooms were gross as were floors in establishment. Drink tops were sitting in a hard brown substance. I didnt eat and wouldnt allow my kids to drink anything. Luckily I had water bottles in my purse.

This parking lot is a nightmare and it isnt particularly easy to get there from the highway. I also wished they had more hand sanitizer and wipes to clean off everything. However, every employee we interacted with was super helpful and friendly and the kids had a blast! Just wash your hands before eating. You get a discount on the unlimited games if you buy a pizza which is worth it.Playing games for 45 minutes you see a lot of kids licking things, picking things, and putting things in their mouth.Please add more options to sanitize or have employees walking around cleaning!

We went around noon and it was many people there... which made our visit lovely! My Grandkids is visiting from out of town.

Not the most clean facility, nor up to date, but its a great place to take the kids on a hot or cold day to let them play a bit and not spend too much money. My kids think its amazing though and love each visit.

The salad bar area was smell so bad and the beverage area was filthy. My son celebrated his birthday last week and the Chuckie Cheese Mascot was lousy and the host looks & feels like she doesnt want to do her job

A great place to take your kids. For birthday parties Chuckie Cheese comes out to sing with the kids. The pizza is pretty good and the place is clean. I like the all you can eat salad bar.

Maybe it was a bad day. The facility was under staffed. The food was bad (how can you mess up Pizza?) and the service was almost non existent. Thank goodness kids dont really care about the things grown ups do.

Wonderful space and great variety of activities for the children to enjoy. Pizza is a little greasy but okay. Not something I would indulge in on a regular. The reward section is overrated. The children should receive better quality of prizes. The prizes should meat the needs for all ages at the different point ranges. Rewards at the lower point range are considered choking hazards for toddlers. Overall, the atmosphere was children friendly and clean.

Surprisingly busy, but not overcrowded on a cold, holiday weekend. Of all the indoor parks in the area, Chuck E. Cheeses was the least expensive, and had better food, plus adult beverages. They have an area for younger kids to slide without the fear of a toddler getting stuck on their above-ground tunnel/slide structure (better for older children). My only gripe was that some of the machines did not produce tickets, either it was out or it was broken. Other than that, the prices were fair (the cheese pizza is very good!) and you could get a starter set of tokens for only $5 for 16.

Few machines were not in service but not labeled as so.Two machines wouldnt pay out tickets even though we won.On the plus side, the space is kept pretty clean.The experience for my daughter, overall, was a bit overwhelming; too many visitors both times we visited (nothing they can do about that)

Its ok the only problem I had was that they let their customers do what they want. Kids was taking pieces from the games, the adults that was there was hogging the kids games so the little kids couldnt play, they just have to much going on.
