Had a Birthday Party for my Granddaughter the kids had a Blast we did the Bowling and Laser Tag. Food at Snack Bar was very good. We will definitely do it next year with only one difference longer Laser Tag play time. Next time we will do #2 Package we did #3. These were 12 year old boys and girls and they had a blast !!!

Had an awesomeeeee time with my hunny at the weekend lazer light Rockin Bowl thing they do up here! The bartender was hilarious and kept us smiling the whole time. The food was great, cooked fresh, and very reasonably priced.$20 a person is not a bad price AT ALL for unlimited bowling from 9PM-12am. We had a blast. Will definitely be back again!

It was so nice to be able to get out and bowl again!!! They did very well at making sure enough lanes were closed to help maintain social distancing, the workers were constantly cleaning, and they had plenty of 65% hand sanitizer available. Of course the staff was friendly and kind as usual!!!

When your family reunion clashes with a tropical storm....you pour into this spacious place. We had so much fun bowling, the food was great. Definitely a safe spot!

Need to have more than 2 employees working counter on weekends. We wouldve played more than 2 games if we didnt have to wait in the long line again because you have to pay separate for each game. So by the time we got helped, they gave our lane away.Need signs for parents to teach their children how to wait their turns and also not to run up and throw their ball when someone is about to throw next to them!Bathrooms were very dirty. I wonder what the kitchen looks like...

Is an okay bowling alley, staff was not very friendly and when asked for assistance we were ignored a lot. Considering we were the only ones in the place I expected better customer service. Our lane was really dry and the ball return kept malfunctioning causing a delay in the game.

A place I visit at night when I need silent calm ️ peace to come to me to sit and meditate & pray to My FATHER JESUS

️The place was clean enough.️I had my usual mixed drink when I go out but for some reason theirs tasted way off. They did fix me another try of drink no problem.️The lane that we were assigned required an attendant to fix something down the lane at least 5 times in the two games that we played.

A good size bowling alley with good music, good food with Johnnys Pizza House inside & alcoholic bar, laser tag and arcade. Just need a lil more staff to help the customers asap and I think the pool table has been removed, which disappointed us adults.

This place needs some TLC. Its decent, but this place is RUN DOWN. Weekend nights get a rough crowd, but daytime crowds are ok. It needs a face-lift though.

Been here a few times this year... came tonight, staff is asking to pick up balls off of your lane while bowling at 11. Mind you they don’t close until 12. Walking all in front of your lane while trying to bowl putting up bumpers and calling for people to close their tabs at 11:22. Don’t come here if you want to enjoy a fun night of bowling.

The staff was very welcoming but they hovered over us and wouldnt leave us alone.

My best friend and co workers had so much fun here on last Friday. We really enjoyed ourselves. Good safe place for all to came, especially for families. The little arcade for kids though, is too expensive!!

The staff is great theyre always willing to help out and the drinks are also good. But the lanes are old and you ball moves at the end of the lanes and the ball return seems to always break down. I do hear they are doing a major upgrade to the place this summer so will see if they fix / replace all the old out dated equipment. If so then this place will become a 5 star place to go have fun with friends and family.

Love coming here to bowl especially during their Summer Monday bowling prices. Bowling for a dollar plus shoes rental is always a fun and cheap way to have a night out. If you are trying to avoid the crowds I would reccomend you go as early as possible. I also like the small arcade they have on there which makes a nice cool down after bowling a few sets.

Had a birthday party for my daughter back in August n it was really nice

We have held our company Christmas Larry there the last two years. They are wonderful to work with and everyone loves the bowling, laser tag, and the food was Awesome.

The services were better than expected. My group took advantage of the summer deals and were met with understanding and care. Thank you.

I bought the kids for my sons 9th birthday. I have to say the kids enjoyed from laser tag to bowling & then to the arcade. The music was great also. I had 2 issues our pins would take forever to load, so we didnt get to finish our game & at times it was hard to find staff. The staff was very courteous when we would find them. I do feel there needed to be more staff especially for grill/bar area as that it was a very busy night. & Also the bathrooms need to be cleaned & possibly updated. But over all we had a nice family outing & will definitely be going back

We spent most of our time walking to the counter for someone to fix our lanes. They finally switched us to two other lanes. They were almost as bad and still had to go back and forth to the counter.

Fairly decent place to enjoy some bowling, the facility itself is quite dated although they have updated the arcade area with newer games to entice the kids.

This review is being written because a refund was something they claimed they couldn’t give us because all sales finals is stated when you pay. The All Sales Finals, in this case, is a sad excuse to have a bad service. Fix your terrible lanes. We had one lane that was unable to work consistantly, so we switched to another lane and problems continued. We just wanted a refund after playing half a game that consisted of requesting fixes for the two lanes. While screwups happen, it seems the owners are responsible for having a lot of lanes that do not work. I am just frustrated that we were offered vouchers instead of a refund. I do not want to come back to this experience. If I did want to come back, it would not be within the month when the sorry excuse for customer service put a month time stamp on it. This establishment is satisfied with mediocrity and poor customer service.

If you have a birthday party there you have a limited amount of time. The lanes regularly get stuck or the balls dont return and youre constantly going to the booth for help with your lane. This takes away from your party time. This review is only from a time constraint point of view. If youre paying per game its about par for a bowling alley.

Safe place for everybody. Bowling, laser tag, snacks, food. Its a great place to relax with the whole family.

Obnoxiously loud music and the speakers from the DJ booth produce a high pitch hum. Asked the staff if they could turn the music down, so they did. Five minutes later, they turned the music up louder. Not family friendly music either. Dont go on a Friday or Saturday night if you want to bring your family.

It sucked... machine didnt keep correct score... people waiting in line for machines while many lanes empty.. building hot... bathroom disgusting

This bowling alley does not deserve any stars for the way their staff behaved!!! Customer service was completely aweful, rude, and disrespectful!!!! The drinks are watered down and you pay 8.25 for a disgusting beverage!!! I have never been anywhere where the service was this aweful and I have been to some bad places... Alexandria needs to do better with their bowling alley and the staff customer service!!!

Dont waste your time!! Spent $65 up front for 3 kids, 2 adults, 2 games and shoe rentals then bought drinks and had the lanes closed on us in the 9th frame of second game. Pissed I AM!! Boycotting 4 seasons I will open my own bowling alley before I ever bowl at 4 seasons again!!

Every time me and my wife go, we have a great time. They used to have pool tables but for whatever reason they took em out. Nice place to bring a family.

So disappointed!!! Saturday 02/16/19 we purchased the 150.00 package ( the split) for my granddaughters birthday celebration. First we were sitting, waiting for someone to turn on the lanes when I told my daughter go see what was the problem, over comes one of the young people working there to say they couldnt turn on the lane til the balance was paid. Just so happen my daughter had them to email the receipt. We were able to show her it WAS paid in full so 30 minutes of our time was lost. Next, one of our lanes kept malfunctioning, instead of leaving the leftover pins after a player bowled their first ball it would put down all the pins again and sometimes it would skip to the next player before the second ball was rolled. Our second lane froze up several times! We had to go tell someone each time. Than to top it off we had 2 more plays and the machine cut off while waiting for someone to reset the machine after it froze AGAIN. OMG! by this time we had had enough. According to the website we were supposed to have an attendant helping with our party. NO one help do anything! We had to go ask for the free souvenir cups and we were supposed to have 2 pictures of drinks for our group None of this happen. Again Worse experience ever!!

They have made great improvements over the past year! Our ladies travel league bowled there this past weekend and we had a great time. Staff was friendly and courteous. Great job.

You can go have a good time during rocking bowl with the adult or bring the kids during the day for a fairly decent price and if you get bored of bowling you can always go to their arcade filled with air hockey Skee-Ball and more. Always have a great time when we go here

I loved it they got you what you wanted and everything was correct they have laser tag and even a arcade they have lockers so your stuff is safe and it is very safe

Were there for the first time fr out-of-town, customer services were very poor, employees there looked at me like I’m a dumb person when asking more then 1 questions, hope ya’ll a better staffs there for the future

If you like bowling, youve come to the wrong place. Prepare to spend more time waiting for equipment errors than actually bowling. The last time I went, they moved us to four different lanes because of this, and every one was malfunctioning both before and after we used it. After a minute or so, we would contact the front desk (this happened 30+ times), who then implied that we caused the issues (impossible). Teenagers run the place and will not even remotely try to make your experience worth the money, even if it is just a dollar. Go to England airpark.

Thinking we would try this bowling alley, as we are new to area. Terrible experience. Computers didnt work right, kitchen workers were the only ones checking people in. Lane shut down three times while bowling. Balls werent returned, which we had to go to desk to request they be returned. We left after lane blacked out again after third frame of second game. Guy named PANDA, who works in kitchen, was the only saving grace for this place. He was trying to help but didnt have much to work with at all. Mgmt wasnt there. Crazy. Wont be back.

Business seems unprofessional, all around. Management (Friday night) was clueless, as if not properly trained and overwhelmed; she was also hard to find due to not being in uniform. Lanes continuously malfunction! Can’t get a whole game in without the lanes constantly breaking down. Blue shirt employees were also hard to find because they were seen bowling, talking on cell phones and/or texting, talking to groups of friends, etc. In my visit alone, I witnessed several customers walking down their own lanes to retrieve their bowling balls because blue shirt employees were no where near to be found. Seems like a safety hazard, to me. VERY hot facility, the a/c barely works, if even at all.

I also paid for four games and I didnt even finish my first game because my ball kept getting stuck in the truck and when I went to go ask for a refund on my three games that I did not Bowl they would not even refund me
