A good move for the coolest group in town party down. The rest of IUs in your shadows of the hottest and best are just not worthy.

There was actually room in a couple of them! The ones by my house were full so I came over here to make sure the boxes I had got recycled.

The website is false advertisement . The place does not look like that at all. The nicest part about this mobile home park is the office, the st Augustine grass and maybe inside, haven’t been in. The entire mobile home is trashed out, I would say 5 mobile homes out of the entire place keep their place clean. Every once else has their property trashed out. I lived here for 2 years and always had a great experience. Good neighborhood and the staff and management were amazing. Always willing to work with an individual as well as informative and accommodating. Helped me with all the info I needed for purchasing a house and moving in. Never had a bad situation with any of the staff or management,

Visited the park in February, from Dallas. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, and atmosphere there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again!

I lived there for 10 years and never had problems. If rent is paid on time and you follow the rules, management and staff dont bother you. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a friendly location.

Vista del sole is a peaceful and comfortable place to live. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking live in mobile home community. The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming.

Most poor ratings on here stem from those who abuse the parks policies and get upset when they are enforced. If your are looking for good value, friendly service, and a safe westside property to call home this place is for you.

Road needs pavement!!! Bumps everywhere.. Parks are a Horrible! Every year the rent goes up $10 dlsDon’t waste your time coming here to live.

Roads are a mess and playgrounds are dangerous for kids

Pretty good plaza I like how it was set up. The parking is a bit to compact for modern vehicles and it is not a clean as other plazas but other then that you can get all your essentials from this plaza.

Office staff ALWAYS Helpful.

For the size of the place it was kept up and pretty much trash free ..while still letting people live on their property without too much interference from management and yet its not a bunch of broken down cars and piled up trash ..

Ive never lived there but i have friends who do. What Ive noticed is that depending on the street where you live is how peaceful or noisy it is.

People drive crazy in the speed humps and they dont even care if their is kids on the sidewalk. People are reckless drivers

Havent had any problems living here. Big park so lots of traffic in the morning and evening. But overall a decent trailer park.

Not the best place to be recommended to go and rent the space every year it goes up cuz your personal items are never State somebody out of always goes around to still sometimes you get neighbors there is a time not very friendly very noisy throw the dog poop to your yard very disrespectful it seems like you get tied up in here and its very hard to get out of here unless you have a job that pays you 15 and over make very good hours and maybe you get enough left to move out

The lot is great. Secure and peaceful with a few bad apples like anywhere else. But the people at the office are horrible. They are the rudest and they intimidate many families when they are late by saying they will call the sheriff unless they pay it by the next 24 hours. When no Writ of restitution had been served. They are manipulative. The groundskeeper is a dick, he gives you dirty looks and never does his job. But the people at the office will never show their face and they will send the groundskeeper to the talking & delivery of notes. If you are considering moving here, I suggest you talk to some of the residents first and get multiple points of view.

Its like a city of mobile homes from every decade, easy to get lost in, and only has one exit and entrance

Well i grew up in that area & i saw them put it all together. Its an ok place to live i guess I really dont know but I do have a few friends that live in it they complain about it sometimes. So its up to anyone to check it out for them self.
