Ive lived here for 15 years, poor management! They raise rent every 5 months for nothing! About every week the water gets shut off and though we dont pay for water we pay for MAINTENANCE! Summer living in a mobile home is brutal and the services this park is supposed to uphold get pushed aside. I highly dont recommend getting a spot here! No matter if it seems cheap!
Its quiet at night. There is a farm nearby where you could buy eggs and milk. The cows do smell at times. But all the people that I have met there were nice and friendly.
