My mother lived here and enjoyed everything the community has to offer.

This is a 55 + community. They are a gated community. They have many amenities. The site is clean and homes are in good repair and attractive. There is a pool, gym and clubhouse. People look out for one another.

I live here and have for 6 months. Great place to live as very quiet and secure and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Lots to do with many events scheduled and even though i am rather solitary, I love the swimming pool, weight room and club house. The area has great shopping and things to do and good roads for accessibility.Prices vary for trailers anywhere from $20,000 up and lot rental about $600 month .

Was checking out homes listed on their website for sale. Well maintained over 55 community. Everyone we saw waved but one. Dont think she liked our bumper stickers.

Very friendly and well kept mobile home park for people 55 and over. Lots of amenities like pool, clubhouse, and activities.

Always happy and friendly people to see and meet.. Everyone appears to be veryhappy living in this safe community.

Safe for my mother

The Meadows is a great senior community. Its well located, safe, and has a strong and very active residents association.

Nice place to live nice Clubhouse and activities utilities are a little pricey

This Mobile Home Park has been declining on what their tenants deserve. Horrendous space rental and tenants utilities are offset to include additional fees for operating and maintaing the club house and grounds. Last resort going here. Even the security is below adequate when you arrive at the park.

Great front entrance... Get through the gate, then its your average 55+ community.

Strange place, homes so close together. People are so much in each others business, the place is uncomfortable. I will say, retirees seem happy.

The premier park in all of New Mexico. Very well maintained and upscale.

The people that I had contact with were unpleasant at best one of the old simpletons actually stepped directly in front of me and scowled if I hadnt been going very slowly he would have dented my car I think I would like to see the whole park gone a terrible place
