Park bought out about 2 years ago. New owner seems unaware of Uniform Mobile Home Act. New owner sub-metered the water and now rent fluctuates every month according to the owners own calculations. Security lighting is very poor, there are drunk and high people wandering around everywhere. The street the park is located on is treated as a 40+ mph fairway. Park is very old with small lots. Management ineffective.

Ive been hear for over a year and a half and i havent had no problem they keep it very clean hear.

Place is a dump, ancient trailer park, no lighting, scary people walking around, homeless people sleeping across the street, speeding traffic on Prospect. Definitely not safe for children.

Rent keeps going up

The mobile home park was just bought out, lets see if they improve it!
