This entrance has a hands free door for touch free safety. Arrows on floors to indicate flow of foot traffic(no one abides by them). Parking is good, but watch out for people who cant drive as the holiday hours will see busier parking lot. Movie theater not being open keeps that side of the mall lighter than normal.

The mall is cleaner than ever before, sanitizer in every store, lines spacing customers apart. There are many sales.The sad reality is that many stores are closing or appear to be closing. Also, due to not having much staff the dressing rooms at the majority of the stores that I went into are closed. If you know your size great but if you are unsure you will be like me and have to go back to exchange.

War with grandpa. Robert Dinero. Excellent experience. Safe and social distance. Excellent task of sanitize and toxicity free. Enjoy feeling of normalcy in indifference surrounding about 7 guests have great times. It a shame public should attempt come out enjoy movies of success and balanced. These films have many fashionable statement. Actors, actress films artists and staff that it takes put motion pictures together . Lots positive energy and times has so much values to keep producing such entertainment we hope continues in future generations. Faith and justices will prevail. Family members bond with great enthusiasm. Bless the futures it wont be another lost of culture ethics.

This mall has been around for years, great to walk through and you have some really great stores with good people who runs them

Great mall! Lots to do besides shop. But if you just want to shop theres something for everyone. We ate at Maggie Mcflys and it was excellent.

Unfortunately, Crossgates has gone downhill. Its not the mall owners fault in my opinion. It is just a sign of the times. Big anchor stores are leaving, smaller stores cant make it and violence in Albany seems to be up, and it makes it to the mall. I used to love going to Crossgates, and they did a great job attracting great retailers and restaurants but the pandemic changed all that.

Its a bit weird at first due to covid but we had a good time shopping for school clothes. Overall it felt safe and clean.They have a few new gaming spots which looked cool.

Wonderful! I saw the movie Tenet in IMAX. I am happy I got to see it in the movie theater. I saw the 12 noon showing. Only a few people in attendance. Loved the movie.

Have a lot of Good restaurants, fun places for families, great stores and Convenient location. The best mall in area. Wal-Mart and other stores close by.

Love crossgate but they really need electric carts for people who cant get around i want to shop there all the time but cant walk the malls so big id be there more if they had these carts they be getting all my money

Very good place for shopping and stretch your legs for a walk spatially in the winter days where there is nowhere to go in one of the upstate New York! Bestbuy is very helpful with electronics if you are not sure about quality from amazon and eBay! Apple store is always busy and a good spot to help you in the spot if you have any iPhone issues!Starbucks is great for coffee and smoothies drinks “if you don’t mind to stand for over 10 minutes sometimes to get your order”, the food court is big and has a lot of verity, from chines to Windy’s. Overall the Crossgates mall in an interesting shopping center if you are visiting the area.

The mall is always a great place to walk & stretch your legs even shopping was so fun.

I had pre-ordered an item from the sports store and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes absolutely great service.

Went to Things Remembered.Our girl was so helpful.She went out of her way to assist us. Even called me the next day to confirm.I was so glad she did because I missed a date

I went to the mall to see what to see what was going on? What was open and what time?Ended up going going to Burlington and bought a Adidas hoody for $29.99. It is black and white and fit me perfectly.

Super outdated and theres barely any stairs or scalators on right wing. The pet store is bs. Shouldnt be a thing anymore.

My favorite store is Macys and Zara then they have great selection of retardants

Huge mall. Coming from Long Iasland and visiting here, it had pretty good options. We went to the all in adventures escape room and had a great time.

I visited the mall on Black Friday 11/27/2020 and there is a Popeyes & Browne Bag Sub Shoppe in the food court now! The line at Popeyes was really long. Hopefully it sticks around for awhile.

Ill make this short, I dislike Malls. They are cavernous and I would rather have all the Mom and Pops stores they wiped out. They had character and people who gave a $h!t. Pardon the vulgarity, its the only word that fits. Malls are plastic.

Its a very large mall, but I did like the variety of stores and it was spacious enough to ensure easy travel.

Unacceptable behavior by the security guards and the customers not abiding by the face mask requirement. Over 50 people observed either wearing no mask, or wearing it as a chin strap and not covering their faces. The two, count them two, security guards we saw were both older and appeared as if they were too scared to enforce the Governors REQUIREMENT that face masks COVER their faces at all times. If you want people to come back to your mall, you need to do WAY better. For now, Ill be happy to continue shopping online.

Love all the stores they have, but due to covid some stores limits the amount of people in a store to 10 just be aware mask are required.

The mall is great, however the security officers are not. I am 19, and was my my 17 and 14 year old sisters. We’re walking through the mall hallways and get stopped. We’re asked if anyone of us is older than 18, I say yes and continue to tell the girls ages. He then says they needed to be accompanied by someone older than 21 and that he can escort us out of the mall. We complied of course and just left, but what is the reason we needed to leave? We weren’t in a place/restaurant with alcohol and neither were we acting strange. I just don’t see a valid reason for this especially when it has never been an issue before.

An exceptional mall! It’s a good size with a lot of different stores, a move theater, and a good amount of food options for when you get hungry. A large parking lot as well, with plenty of space. Clean and would be a great place for families or kids.

Loved it! Lots of stores lots of options! The place looked clean which is a must for me! The bathrooms were in tip top shape as well!

Very santized and everyone waa doing as expected for them to do as as customers. The store was exceptionally clean. Including the bathrooms. The exterior of the mall was also very tidy. The customers that go there they were polite. And wearing their masks and staying a distance from each other. Even in the parking lot people were spaced apart

I gave Crossgates 3 stars but it really is great mall. It only has 3 stars because of what is being done in this stressful era of Covid 19. They have excellent rules pertaining to physical distancing and requiring masks but it is not being enforced. Its just not a safe place for cautious, responsible people right now.

Crossgates Mall has adapted to the changes of the consumers. The decline of consumers not shopping directly in a brick and mortar establishment has not made this shopping center skip a beat. The admin of the facilities know what the consumers want- great retail shops, good entertainment and exhibits to keep the flow of shoppers coming through the door. We were so impressed with Lego-land showcasing the many U.S. landmarks that make us proud to be a citizen! Internet shopping has nothing on this mall with the amount of restaurants and family friendly atmosphere.

Took my daughter to this mall. Saw these great items in some of the stores like the Galaxy fold back in October. I bought it a week later

Really nice and clean mall. Wish the food selection was a little different. Some nice sit down casual dining be nice. Unos sucks and Texas be Brazil is only open for dinner . couple other places offer appetizers and bar foods. This is a nice food court with decent selection of fast food . would definitely visit again .

I like that this mall is always adding new stores and attractions. Definitely has a lot more for kids than other malls as far as stuff to do. The food court isnt the best but there are plenty of restaurants to make up for that. Love the variety of stores and that the mall itself is well maintained.

Very few shoppers and a lot of closed stores and stores going out of business. Nothing like the vibrant, bustling place it used to be.

I really like Crossgates Mall.Most of the time I have to go to Best Buy.They have been getting more competitive price wise there.They finally started to bring PC parts back, but there accessories prices like cables and adapters are priced high.Every employee is always very polite and very helpful.

This mall is HUGE! We have been here a few times as a family and we enjoy the assortment of stores as well as the actual time we send here. The mall is much nicer than most malls, its in good repair and has plenty of space to stop and look around at things without being trampled. They have benches in the center of the walk areas for those that need to stop and take a rest or those who just want to relax.

Every shop is maintaining proper social distancing guidelines. Good work!

I went to funny bones to see a comedy show. The little part of the mall that I walk through was not that bad. On the way out I did stop at a jewelry store the people who are very nice even though they were getting ready to close they did allow us to stay and look everyone was quite polite and I didnt have any problem with any rowdy people overall it was a rather Pleasant night. The only thing was the parking. It was a cold night finding parking towards the door and then finding the actual place was hard when youve never been there because I dont do malls. If someone else were to come to the club that Id want to see I would go again

Really a great mall in general. Lots to do and very often has events going on to keep people entertained as well. I enjoy all the dining options that are available there, and there really are many stores to shop from as well. Much better than other malls because it doesnt seem like theres a lot of loitering and riff raff.

I will not set foot in that mall its not the stores but the mall with all of walk with your kids in and out of each store have not been in crossgates in over a decade with no want to Wolf road is just fine

The mall is transitioning from just a place to shop into a shopping and full entertainment center. All the core stores you want in addition to number of good full service restaurants with local and allergy awareness. Plus some decent entertainment options.

Great mall. Has a lot of places to shop but also a lot of places to have fun. Nothing is cheap, but you dont have to break the bank. We will definitely go back for more family fun!

Crossgates mall is a great place to shop and have fun with your family and friends But and I do mean a Big But they need to do a better job at keeping the trouble makers out and they need to enforce the weekend curfew with the kids. They need better security that really want to be there and do there jobs the right way.

Was visiting from Wisconsin. My husbands family in New York and my husband his cousins wife dropped us off it was me and my husbands cousins two kids we walked around the mall its a nice little Mall a lot of stores that we went to . we went to the LEGO store and the Disney Store will be back again if Im in the area this mall is way better than the one in wisconsin the town i am from its also a good way to kill some time really loved walking around and just looking at the mall

Great shopping lots of places to choose from. But the food court is lacking in good food options. The bathrooms are not okay. They need a major upgrade like they did in the other mall. I have a hard time getting into the stalls and I’m small..

This mall has changed so much over the years. Still one of the best malls in the area. Quick a few restaurants, shops and a movie theater. Also has a new comedy club.
