Abilene has some pretty nice parks. The city has spent lots of money updating most of them. I like C.W.Gill because usually there arent a whole lot of people there. My 2 sons have their choice of what to play on. Also it is in a pretty quite area.

Pretty nice playground. A few picnic tables and well-maintained trash cans. No restroom. Large grass areas for playing games and picnics. Just watch out for the prickle burrs!

Nice park, has pavilion and grills, about 50 yards all around from street.

It was beautiful. But there were no sidewalks.
