Nice relaxing park. We liked the commemoration statues to servicemen. They have a sternwheeler boat that has excursions.

July 4th fireworks! Jaycees did a beautiful show! The park is clean and safe! Very nice evening.

Timber run gardens installed a new landscape around the bicentennial statue at the entrance and looks great

A very nice little city park on the bank of the Muskingum River in Zanesville, Ohio. Wirh paved walking paths, shaded benches, and lots of trees, its a great place to relax and have a picnic. There are a number of memorials including one for the bicentennial with revolutionary war figures. The Muskingum River flows by as a background to this lovely park. On the grass covered grounds of the park you may also find flocks of ducks and geese as we did during our visit. Stop by, slow down and relax to the river sounds.

Nice park along the river that is also the starting point for river cruises. Great spot on a summers day. Can get a bit cool in the fall/spring.

Civil war reenactment as youre going up and down the muskingum River. The reenactors were very very good the music on the boat was very good as well.

Very pretty but you can’t enjoy it because of people acting shady! Left about 5 minutes after being there.

Zanes Landing is a beautiful park and fairly clean of litter. The bike path goes from the landing up to Riverside park and beyond. It is a great spot for walkers, runners, and bicyclist of which I am one. There are great views of the river and plenty of places to rest along the way for beginners. HAPPY EXERCISING!!!

A nice place to visit for a quiet relaxing walk. If you get the opportunity, take a ride on the Lorena. You will enjoy the trip.

Park has a stern wheeler boat at one end and soldier statues at the other end. Nice view of the water and Y-bridge.

Its absolutely beautiful.. Loved being able to walk around. Enjoy the view and fish! Was a great day with our family. We will def be back and was way worth the 35 min drive to come check it out!!

Very nice fishing spot you can back your truck right up to the water and theres a nice clean sidewalk to fish from. however, homeless people in the parking lot using the Porta-Potty to change their clothes

Went to the Y City art show and I will go again next year. Amazing art community we have in Zanesville.

This park is nice to the eye but there seems to be a shady crowd that hangs around. Not sure if theyre homeless or just on drugs, but I definitely got a bad vibe and left immediately

Nice spot to park to think. Has a paved bike/walking trail which is 2.5 miles long, linking with Riverside Park/Kidzville. The Lorena is docked here, which offers boat rides.

Park is fine. Sternwheeler Lorena a bit disappointing b/c there is nothing to see. No quaint town, old mills, or anything else. Just some trees and train tracks. Honestly, kinda boring.

Great place to go for walks, bike rides or just sit and enjoy the day. The view is awesome. You can also enjoy a river trip on the Lorena Sternwheeler.

The park was nice, but the porta johns were horrible one had no lock. The organization holding the event had to call for clean ones...not much pride in that city

Do you like riding in boats? how about an old paddle boat? if so...i have a treat for you. located at zanes landing park sits an old stern wheeler paddle boat. come visit the lorena shes a beautiful gem of a boat tgat docks at zanes landing park. if boats are not your thing...its o.k. the park has a great hiking/biking trail that follows the muskingum river. or you might be lucky enough to be at the park for a concert.hey if you are into pokemon go...guess what...there are three poke stops and a gym there. come by and visit the memorials of our soldiers as well.... visit the eternal flame memorial as well...pay respect to those that have and are still serving for our country.

The pArk has a lovely ampatheatre, and a big blacktop parking lot. Ideal for music venues, not so much for the y-bridge art festival.

This is a nice park for taking in an outdoor concert with friends. But while I was there I found that one of the portable toilets was in bad shape. It even had a graffiti message that was simultaneously incoherent and disturbing.

Lorena sternwheeler was a phenomenal experience. Great time and the staff was fantastic.

This is a wrong place. Everyone who wrote good reviews above are talking about Riverside Park which is a mile or so along the river. Most pictures are from there too.Zanes Landing is not even a park. It is a large loan squeezed between railroad and parking lot close to downtown and main street. There is nothing there - thus two stars.

Looks nice but not a family park. The fireworks can only be seen there but if you want to have a forth of July picknic or grill out you cant. You can pay for the over priced juckfood vendors they have taking up most of the small park. Not a family four of July park at all. We left and went to kidsville we had a hard time seeing the fireworks over the trees but the family fun was great.
