Very awesome to go see

Visited here on a weekend getaway with my husband. Beautiful town and bridge. I loved being able to view the water and falls.

It was a great bridge that Zanesville has ever had.

Only Y Bridge in the world. Had to drive it and take a walk. The water moves very swiftly over the dam and under the bridge. Love the impressive light poles. It looks good on the city of Zaynesville how well they have preserved this historic asset.

I was told it was a historic y shaped covered bridge. It is not. Rebuilt in 1994. It is just a concrete bridge.

Truly a bridge among bridges, the Muskingum River Y-Bridge is a physical testament to one madman saying, Being able to go from one side to the other is simply not enough: one must be able to chose whichever side he so chooses. This bridge has eliminated the need for more bridges than itself, and so it shall for generations to come.

Had to pull over and check out the local artwork. Too bad its falling apart.

The lights are cool but just white light would of made more sense for fishing

Isnt this the ONLY one in the country? Ive watched Fireworks here at least a Dozen times over the Years and its always Fun to Drive over this Great BRIDGE to find a nice spot to view them! Thanks ZANESVILLE!

Beautiful place to see the whole city and its booming. Very center of everything close by where we live so great to have a little picnic, also I took some fall family photos over that way and they turned out great my family and friends love them!!!

Fun to see a different kind of bridge. It is always good to be near water, especially when you see birds such as cormorants.

This area was well maintained,. The totem had done a great job of preserving their historic places, and displaying the history of the bridge was nice.

Been living in around Zanesville for around 20 years now and I always enjoyed crossing the Y bridge. Visitors dont forget to look up overlook park off of Pine street.

This is my home town... And the Y bridge is a landmark. Its a sight to see.. I just wish they would keep downtown beautiful because it has some old architecture!!

Here for the Y-Bridge arts festival. Amazing collection of artist, good food, great music.

One of Ohios great state Landmarks. The history is worth reading about. At one time the Y-bridge was a covered bridge... Spike your curiosity? Come visit in the spring or fall and take a walk up to Putnam Hill Park where you can look out over the entire city of Zanesville and see the Y-bridge from an ariel point of view.

Upkeep is awesome. Decorate for spring and Christmas.

A unique little piece of history & engineering marvel from days past! Its fun to drive over it & go to Toms Ice Cream Bowl.

I like that they added the lights under the bridge but I would like also that they would make some postcards of the bridge lit up

Comeing to zanesville sometime soon? while you are there visit the historic y-bridge of zanesville. this bridge is a true y shape and when you cross it ..you could wind up being on the same side of the river. if you go to bridge dont forget to turn left or right. in the middle of the bridge...if you dont... you wont like the water you will meet...if you do not understand my srnce of humor...come over here and see for yoursel the y-bridge of zanesville, ohio.

Lightning was really nice..

The bridge is useful when touring Zanesville and is unique in that there is a traffic light on the bridge. There is an overlook if you want to see the bridge from a nearby hill. And there is a Stonehenge type configuration of vases. The bases commemorate the pottery companies of long ago. To find pottery in Zanesville check out the antique stores.

I drive over the bridge every day. Its a beautiful and unique feature of our city.

Not exactly picturesque -- but certainly interesting.

Something too see its unlike other bridges i been to big citys and seen some bridges but this is something its part of history your nit going to see a bridge like this in other cities. Real unusual. You can cross the bridge and still be in the same side of Muskingum river kind if cool dont you think

Good fishing spot

Its goid especially for children considering sometimes river fishing with children and difficult. Also had very few snags.

Wonderful bridge. Great for driving or walking over. The only bridge in the world that both crosses two rivers, and is shaped like a Y. Great view of the Muskingum and Licking rivers. Connects downtown to other areas of Zanesville. A must see.

Very interesting, I had always heard the story of someone asking for directions and being told “go to the middle of the bridge and take a left” which was proceeded by being cussed at. But you really can go to the middle of the bridge and take a left (or right) lol!
