Would be a better place if they could do away with the people that party every weekend and fight all the time. This place has gone down hill since I moved in 2018. Drama and party central. And let alone so of these trailers make this place look like trash AGAIN. What happen to them cleaning this place up making it nice again..... oh yeah its POT HOLE town to if u dont want to mess up ur cars dont drive them around greenlawn estates

Place is a joke to live for. So for everyone that lives there and pays there trailer off good luck getting your title. My son had his trailer for over a year and still got no title to it.

Since the new owners and the new management it is a good place to live. My family and I have lived here through 3 different owners and the newest owners and management are very nice to deal with. I have heard of some of the up coming plans and Greenlawn Estates is and will be a great place to live.

They should really work on the roads. It looks like a slum Lord owns it and it takes them forever to fix anything and thats after fighting with them. My mom lives there and I hate that she does.

Cant figure out why my rent is 700 for a 3 bed room when others have 3 bd 10 yrs newer and only pay 600. Been trying to get my floors looked at thay all coming up after 3 wks of living there no walls or flooring around hot water tank willing to buy and do flooring in all rooms that r coming up if made right with me prob not guess lawyer will have to get involved. I have to say the new maintenance man is nice he was guick to get my furnace in and is easy to talk to if theres a problem. Overall really check your place out top to bottom u never know who done the work either the old maintenance or new ones its also submetered so u never know how much your water going to be

Fix your water problems there isnt any thing for the Kids to do sense the pool is gone.
