Quiet for the most part, not too many children reside, what there is, very well mannered. I have great neighbors, we all look out for one another, yet not a payton place & drama, zero crime since Ive been here 2011 and lot rent includes trash removal & water. Lot Rent has only went up once also.Another feature is outside city limits, country setting of a sort, yet only 5 minutes away from town. Also the spacing between each home...plenty of room to enjoy your yard and not here the neighbor walk down his hallway like in other mobile home parks.The management does a very good job at addressing any issues which may occur and handles these fast & accordingly.
