The place is empty, they dont do tokens anymore, the pizza is old, they dont do this cool. Black light stamps anymore, and after the companies file for bankruptcy last year, the place just never fealt the same. Especially in comparison to when I was a kid.......

It is Chuck E. Cheese. I just go to shake the machines. The balls for one of the machines got stuck and I had to get them, I think they should make sure every arcade game has all of the things that belong with that game.

The pizza was good, the salad bar was clean, and the games were working. My kids had a blast and my wife and I were happy to let them play.

On the small side as far as Chuck E Cheeses go. Also several of the machines are no longer 1 coin or play point. Which doesnt matter if you buy free play but if you buy points you need to watch out for the 2 and 3 point machines!! Staff was fri ndly and helpful.

We had my daughters 5th birthday party here. It was amazing! Matthew was our birthday coordinator and he was so attentive, really great customer service. We had everything we needed. The pizza was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. The kids had a blast! We will definitely do another birthday here.

Creig our manager was great our 3 year old LOVED him and his fun personality. He was also checking on us often and was just a joy to be around. Food was great and birthday package reasonable kids and adults had fun. Thank you for making Kehlani’s 3rd birthday a rememberable one

Its a wonderful indoors play ground with security measures for the whole family. Welcoming and putting a neon number that would be the same for all the parties involved in your left hand forearm with the intention of if any kid walked up towards the front door alone or with anyone else the employee at the front in charge of host the place would check and make sure both parties have the same number. Clean place with a pizza restaurant, soda fountain for free refills all the time as much as you like. Special birthdsy party packages that include different things dependidg on the party size. Salad bar. Prices and Toys area to trade for the tickets customer make as a rewards on the games they have been playing. Some fun rides for toddler kids with camara included to take the children picts while the take a ride. Clean and handicap custom restrooms for ladies and gentlemen also handicap accessible parking lot which is free. Very young and remarkable employees that are always available to make sure kids and their families have fun.

This place is clean and was not crowded when we went. The kids had fun!

Excellent service!! Nice to see that a Chucky Cheese with some classy and friendly workers still exist. There was a small error with our order due to miscommunication but the staff acknowledged and accepted their mistakes in a respectable and professional manner while management made the appropriate corrections. Thank you for making our visit easy and enjoyable. AND the building was clean the food was fresh and well stocked. Kids had a blast!! Keep up the good work

Chuck E. Cheeses has definitely stepped up their pizza game. I havent been to one in years and have always remembered the pizza being meh. This time I went we got the stuffed crust pizza and buffalo wings. It was Delicious! Games were okay. The kids had a great time, and the staff was awesome. We will definitely be going back!

This place is amazing, the employees are so nice and they help a lot. The first Sunday of the month is a special day for kids with autism and they are amazing!

Went in while the kids were off for school, just a few people there, restaurant seemed pretty clean, staff was nice.

Had a blast, they offered a all you can play card which made it fun for the whole family !!

Pizza is alright and the establishment isnt the biggest one, but is indoor and it allows the kids to run around and play for a couple of hours. They get a lot of tickets and everyone is happy.

The pizza was not so great the crush was flat and your ticket counter was not working .Chuck e cheese on is better in North Carolina there pizza good and tasty . Salad was great and all ways fill so you can get a salad . Had to ask a lot .

Clean play area, none of the games were broke or out of order, very good prices for what you get, very friendly staff. Overall a great experience. And they serve beer. Cheers to that!

I like this chuck e cheese all the games are one point so you get bang for your buck in my opinion. They are all age appropriate and the food was good too. Staff was fun and friendly. We will definitely go back.

Pizza has improved over time as it is not that flat anymore. Staff was very accommodating as they kept asking if we needed something else to make our visit more pleasureable. Go ahead and take your kids out to a day of great food and great fun!

Horrible....The employees there were extremely rude and were not helpful at all...me and my daughter stood waiting at the rope for at least 15 mins being seen by the employees.....one was wiping a table and looked over her shoulder at us and then went back to wiping the table...after we finally got in the place a lady came and also stood for a while she had to ask If she could be helped. Honestly I will never bring my children back here l would rather throw a pizza party with cheap tostinos pizza than to subject my family to this place.

Yuma Chuck E Cheese is great. Aside from the made to order food, the place is pretty clean. Ive seen the managers here be on top of their employees (young teenagers) making sure theyre not wasting time. Restrooms are clean and stocked which is a big one for me. Im a gremaphobe.

Really good service and staff is very attentive, especially Jojo. We had 2 birthday parties there and she took care of us really well! I highly recommend having your bday parties there.

Went in yesterday 8/5 around 3 and it was almost empty thank goodness. We decided to sit on the big long tables by the fake chucke but the music was unbearably loud. My nephew has autism and was getting a bit agitated. I went and spoke to the manager and asked if they could please turn down the music and SHE DID!!! I just wanted to let people who read these reviews know how much that meant to us. Plus Tanya in the front was really patient and sweet when we took a while deciding what we wanted to order. We really enjoyed this Chuck E.

My kids love this place! Great Staff and Great Salad Bar.

Not too crowded at 5pm, even though all the kids are out of school. One of the machines ran out of tickets and they were quick to add more.

Like to go and the pizza is good and what I like is that they are so good with the kids.

Its not hot because people dont like it

Just left with our grandkids and the young man behind the prize counter was wonderful with the kids and love they stamp the whole family.. Felt safe with the kids running around playing.
