Very clean nice resort. Quiet. Nice pool

It was really nice. The pool/spa was amazing. Kinda far out of town, but it was well taken care of and clean. I would definitely come back.

If you have your own rig its a great place to stay, but if you want to use one of your cabin rental coupons youre SOL! Theres only one cabin. There is also one large trailer with a slide out. Then there are two small crummy trailers. By the tone of this review you can guess which we were struck in. The bathroom is so tiny that my knees hit the closed door when I used the toilet - Im 5 6. The shower is so tiny I couldnt turn around. The upholstery is worn and gross. There is no oven. Dont even get me started on the bedroom!!! There is no awning for shade. The roof vents are rusted shut.

People were friendly, very clean, nice pool and spa. MUCH older crowd. If you are 60 or less you are too young to be there.

Staff is nicePool and clubhouse are well maintained. Friendly people at the resort. Great sunsets!

We come here a couple times every year. Very nice place. Good utilities. Nice and quiet. Pretty farmland surroundings.

This is a very good option when you want to go with a membership Resort package. There were some issues with a new water system I gave this resort 4 stars.

Roomy, quiet, and friendly folks. Close enough to Yuma to do all the things there. We come just to relax. We have been here many times and will return.

This is a great place for friendly and relaxing atmosphere.Great food and a lot of activities.

We love it here, its very quite this time of the year. I like sitting down by the lake at sunset. Feeding the ducks, watching people fish off the dock. And its only 30 min. From town for all the shopping or eating you want to do.

OLD PEOPLE EVERYWHERE. This place is like a retirement community. Just thought you might wanna know. Theres no kids club, or really kids in general, and most activities are geared towards 87 year olds. So if youre a killer shuffleboard player this place is your jam. If you have kids, consider KQ ranch resort instead. That being said, this place is really pretty. Palm trees, a lake, nice spots. Full Rv hookups and meals are also offered.

Great place! Yuma is beautiful and always sunny. Campground was very clean so was the showers. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was great. Staff very good. The only complaint was the power was to high everyday. It would go out every night by 10pm. We have a surge protector and an LCD display for the surge protector in our rig and voltage was always at 132 in the afternoon. Then it would go down when people would comeback to their rigs. But as soon as everyone went to bed it would go back up.

Rented the cottage... Beautiful... Clean... Wonderful!!

The resort itself is nice. Unfortunately it smells like the fertilizer aisle at the garden store during the day and like stagnant water in the evening due to the close proximity of agricultural fields. Weve stayed here twice and I dont remember the smell on our first visit, but this time it was strong.

Large campground. Sites a bit tight for bigger rigs. Country setting away from town. Assuming rather dusty on breezy days due to the surrounding farm land.

Park was not well maintained, looks nothing like their website. Attendant at the security booth was her cell phone and obviously had no desire to talk with us or answer any questions.

We like this place but we had a problem with a neighbor and the guy at the front gate wouldnt do anything

Roads leading up to the campsite are in the worst possible condition. Most potholes Ive ever experienced in my life.

Spaces TIGHT, electric hookups behind rv. My 39 was sticking out a bit, couldnt move back without hitting electric. No hot water at pool house showers, others showers definitely showing age. Other nicer parks in Yuma, and cheaper.

Enjoyed the poolSunday we had to find someone to unlock the pool gateTook a shower in the womens bathroom and the water smelled like rotten eggs. Asked for it to be checked. No chance we could NOT show in the womens bathroom it smelled so bad.

Enjoyed our stay there will be returning for the winter. Yuma has a something for about everybody.

Location is convenient to events in local area. Quiet. Clean.

We are very pleased with Yuma Lakes the park is well maintained the RV spaces are level at roomy electric is 30 amp only service. The staff is very courteous helpful well informed and happy. We would recommend that you have dinghy. If you do not have a trailer tow vehicle as Yuma Is a short drive away that is where most shopping areas are. Overall we will be returning often and difenetly recommend it to all other CRA RVers we meet. Also there is a nice Lake there where you can keep what you catch as long as you have AZ state fishing license if you are consider old enough to have one and state rules apply to limits so enjoy a day relaxing at the lake.

Ok, a long way out from town, not as nice as other parks

A very nice resort. The area is very nice and easy to drive to see things. It is very quiet here. We like the more rural settings.

Wonderful rv park. Stay here often. Cell service and internet are spotty but other than that is great.

We have been members now for 9 years. Best decision we made. Though we have not visited all the parks, we totally enjoy the ones that we have thus far. Would have rated a 5 but in this day & age WiFi/Internet should be available throughout the parks at our sites, which it is not.

This is one of our winter parks. We love it here. Some of our best razor riding is in Yuma. Off roading, is wonderful here. You can desert ride to Martinez lake and have lunch, or how about a good burger in Laguirda? Or my absolute favorite, a desert ride to the farm, for farm tacos? The desert riding choices are endless. But lets not forget George an his wife managers of Yuma lakes...wonderfully wonderful.

Stayed with my C2C this is a Colorado River Association Resort. Very clean and free coffee, with donation, available all day. Multiple Club houses and many activities

April is a Quiet & relaxing time of year, most of the winter visiters have left. Pet friendly & lots to do in the winter months.

Average rv park used to be much better, has gone downhill over last several years, I am a member there so hate to say that.

Our favorite in the area. We like a good walk each day. This park offers good choices. Very quiet at night except for the odd crop duster.

Nice people, great pool..excellent hot tub. Lots of things going on...more than one club house.

Wont extend stay, says coast 2 coast changed there 72 HR. Policy.. Other camp grounds do it everywhere else tho.

Great CRA Resort with plenty of space between sites for tow vehicles and toys. Very friendly staff and planned meals.

I have always enjoyed this RPI park. My sister is a CRA member so it is a nice spot for a get together. Pool and hot tub are great. Nice people.

Has a great pool and hot tub and fishing is great in the lake. Electric is only 30amp and the water has a smell though.
