Very beautiful place right in our backyard and its funny you would never think its there . Great place just to Relax your Mind.

Its a nice little garden funded by the university. There are a couple of tables and benches under shade where you can sit and eat lunch. There is a sidewalk along the garden to walk through the garden and observe the different plants. The only downside is that its right next to the health department and Juvi. I wish Yuma had more places like this.

Needs to be cleaned up everything, it was not too bad but just a mess down there.

I never knew this was here. I visited it and thoroughly enjoyed walking through the grounds. It looked like it was in need of a little attention, but that doesnt surprise me in the middle of Yumas scorching summer. I look forward to revisiting again.

My wife and I were married here. It was free. We just had to reserve it. Gorgeous ceremony.

An urban gem. I went around the path 3 times and still didnt seem to see and appreciate all the small details. Its a happy, serene space.

The county has set up a demonstration garden, full of local desert flora. Theres a walking path and the plants are mostly labeled. Theyve done a nice job with the garden. Local artwork dots the path and theres quite a bit of shade. Theres a an amphitheatre, so they must have educational lectures and programs. Nice place!

The garden has a sidewalk around the perimeter for walking as you enjoy the variety of native plants labeled with their common and Latin names. There is a picnic table to have a quiet lunch and benches to sit and enjoy the garden. Beautiful spot!

If you are into plants, here is the place to find out the proper names. Huge variety of local plants. Quiet place to relax, meditate or stroll around.

Nice demonstration garden of tropical/desert plants. The nearby highway noises were too loud to really enjoy the garden. Feast for eyes but not so for ears.

Little botanical garden. Very small but great for family pictures and such.
