Good selection of movies. Long lineups for food at certain times, like early evenings. Expensive popcorn, small for $6.50!

They only had 16 seats available for the movie we wanted to watch. Thats what happens with covid-19. It was a good theater and of course movie theater prices no surprise there. But going on a monday was a great choice because they were not that busy.

It would have been better if they had more than 1 register open at the snack bar.

Standard good movie theater. This was the first movie Id watched in a theater since this pandemic began. There were only three people (including myself) in the theater room, so plenty of social distancing.

Its great that they were allowed to open. I always enjoy watching a movie here.

Great theatres! Parking was easy to find at the mall on a Saturday night. The lines for tickets and concessions werent too long and moved quickly. The refillable souvenir cup is a great deal for frequent movie-goers. The seating is angled pretty well for unobstructed views unless an unusually tall person sits in front of you. Seats were comfortable and the theatre was clean. Sound system was the perfect volume to cover inevitable coughs and chatter from the audience. Prices are good. A great movie experience!

The theater is clean and modern. Decent sound and comfortable seating. You choose your seats so you know how crowded a movie may be before hand. The usual concessions, etc. It is s chain with a loyalty program that is worth joining.

Nice, big, clean. I can buy tickets online and reserve my seat, or at the door or with a vending machine. Options! Food and drink prices are crazy high, but thats theater life, same everywhere. They do keep it rather cool inside but a sweater takes care of that. Parking is good too.

The room where we watched or movie was not kept as clean as I would have liked it. The app to purchase and reserve seats was nice. We got our seats in the exact section we were wanting them. The popcorn was superb!

Seat reservations at this theater make it worth going to again. No more fighting to get their early and no more arguing over saving seats. Their rewards system is also awesome for a frequent movie goer such as myself. Finally seeing some good changes at Yuma Harkins.

Im still trying to get used to the fact that we have assigned seating in theaters now. But, my overall experience here has been great every time I come here. Friendly staff, clean theatres and ample parking. Come check it out the next time you want to see a movie..... Dont forget your rewards card

Excellent seating layouts for great viewing. The seats are comfortable. My favorite is that the sound level was just right...not too soft nor too loud. This has been a complaint of mine about other theatres. The popcorn was fresh. The restrooms were very clean.

Not great.... Prices can be outrageous especially for food, Im talking $9.00 for a soda and $3.00 for a refill, around a fiver for there cheapest candy, and $7.00 for 1 ticket...If I were u I would go to the theater on main st. But the theater is nice and u cant here the theater next to yours so thats a plus.

Very Busy theater. Always clean. What like is that you can go early and have a meal before going to the movies in one of the many restaurants next door to the ticket booths. Very convenient. Parking can be a chore at times so I would get there early for a decent spot not far away. Especially if your handicapped.

Used to be good, horrible now that we have ti select our seat. If your with a group of people and then decide last minute to go watch a movie, everyone is going to be scattered now because all the good seats are taken and all the open seats are single because people dont want to select a seat next to a stranger. Was good now not so much

Its clean, spacious, not crowded, the drinks and popcorn were good (expensive) but good. The staff were very helpful and we didnt need earplugs to watch the movie. We will go again.

Nice multiscreen theater. Comfortable seats. Snacks over the top on prices. Tasty popcorn with plenty of self serve toppings.

Its all you can expect for a great movie experience. The lines move fast both for tickets and concessions. The restrooms have sufficient privacy and are well maintained. And the customer service is great.

Great place to go for a movie. A bit expensive as you can get these movies at home. Appreciated how clean bathrooms were as well as food areas and general upkeep. Can not get ambience at home.

Best place in Yuma to watch a movie. In fact, this theater is better overall than some theaters in big cities.

It was awesome I went to see maleficent with Angelina Jolie very good movie but I must say when my wife and I ordered delicious nachos a large popcorn and drinks the gentleman behind the counter gave us excellent customer service dark hair tall and my wife said he had a nice smile (whatever) anyways thanks for a wonderful evening. Well be back.

Harkins is definitely the place to be at. Theater is always clean, staff is always very friendly, and atmosphere is warm and inviting. This is definitely the best theater to take your family to and have a wonderful time.

Got to say this is one of the nicest movie theaters Ive ever been to.I dont know if the whole Chain is like this but when I go through Yuma I like to stop here and catch a movie.

This is an expansive venue with many choices, and rewards for repeat customers. Seating is very comfortable.

Great movie theatre with clear standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Seats are cushioned greatly and the building is always taken care of. Love watching movies in any occasion.

As normal, the consetion stand is price gouged. You will almost go broke if take an entire family. I highly recommend buying the refillable cups and popcorn if you are a frequent movie goer.

I Dont Care For The Use Of The Seating Chart! This Was My Favorite Local For Shows. Last Show Was Metallica With San Francisco Symphony: SM2. Always Loved Holiday Shows Of TNC, Going To Miss This Place.

The employees are always nice and helpful, and very informative. My service was quick, they are always happy to greet me. My food is always made right away, and served hot.

Harkins offers clean facilities, affordable tickets, and delicious popcorn! The seats could using an upgrade, but not the worst in any sense! Loyalty cups are a must, for $1 soft drink refills.

Theater was too warm. Maybe AC was broken, or theyre trying to save money by not turning the AC on below 79 in theaters with only a few people inside, but we were uncomfortably warm and sweaty throughout a movie that started at 10:40pm. Ive never been a fan of the seats in this theater, but when theyre the only theater in the city showing the movie I want to see, they get my business. Stars given for having the better movie variety, but stars deducted for theater seats and temperature being uncomfortable.

Lots of parking.Ticket and concession lines move fast.Staff is nicePopcorn is always fresh.Theaters have always been clean.There arent any small screens or small theaters. It always bugs me when I go into a movie that is at the end of its run and it is in the extra theater at the end that only has three rows and you are sitting right under the screen looking up.

Theater is always clean and nice. Lines for refreshments takes FOREVER.

I love going there on once a month with family and friends. Dont like the pre seating after you pay for your ticket. Youre meeting someone there and theyre not there when you get there is going to be hard to get them to sit near You by you. So thumbs down on the pre seating

Came early to buy a ticket, only to find out you have to reserve your seats now just like Regency Theater. Guess I’m sticking to Regency if I have to reserve my own seat. AT LEAST THEIR THEATER LIGHTS STAY OFF DURING THE MOVIE!!

Not as nice as our theater in Springfield Illinois with reclining seats but this theater does supply some nice features like helping elderly people to their seats. All seats are reserved.

I rarely go to the movies but when I do it is harkins because the theaters are usually nice and clean and everyone is friendly.

Nice theater but prices are ridiculous for drinks and goodies. Noticed movie prices have increased also. It was something entertaining to do though but not something Id do on a regular basis especially since now days everything seems to end up on TV anyways. I like going here once or twice a yr though for something different to do.

The customer service is usually on the level, even when its busy. The bathrooms are clean enough as are the movie rooms. Decent discounts for seniors as well as military. The best one here in Yuma.

Staff was respectful and helpful even with a full house for Endgame. Clean and orderly.Not 5 stars because the ad in the paper said there was a 3:40 showing of Captain Marvel and when we arrived the box office said there wasnt a showing until 7, so we had to waste 3 hours until the movie we wanted to see. Not sure if they needed to blame the paper or themselves for the Ad, but it was a pretty big inconvenience.
