Another quick stop of some sight seeing around Landers, Joshua Tree, etc. I like the concept of the piece, but I think it would be nicer if we were able to get a full aerial view from one of the hilltops. Walking up the hill for an upclose look was not a bad hike, but it definitely doesnt give a great aerial view.
Rhythm of Life is rock sculpture arranged in the side of by Andrew Rodgers located 5 miles north of Yucca Valley on the 247 (Old Woman Springs Road). Its a great spot to take in a mini hike and take in some desert landscapes. Parking is available in either side of the 247 at Aberdeen.
Beautiful area!
Loved watching it being built. I wish people would stop driving their vehicles up there. The artist hoped the area around the art structure would return back to its natural state.
Beautiful little spot right off the main drag, Ive used it several times as a quick overnight spot when Im passing through, park the van, shut down for the night, and wake up to a beautiful sunrise. #Vanlife
Art installation with few visitors, nice little hike up there
Awesome art piece in a spectacular area. Views views views!

Cant really see it very well. The thought of it is cool but cant see it from the bottom. Even climbing up to the top you still cant see it very well.
Spent the better half of the morning exploring the mountain and the history of it always gets the visitors
