I went there with my youth group, and I had a blast!!! It was really fun! I would really recommend. I love their laser tag, it was the best laser tag I have ever been to!

Fun place for the kiddos. Kids area small and not well staffed so bigger kids run in there and take over. Some people get carried away and end up jumping on the younger kids that are too big for the little kid area.

My kids are 5 and 6 and both had soooo much fun here even with the older kids. The older kids knew when to look out and were super considerate. Theres a kid section too that my boys really enjoyed with the foam, will be back!

This place is a TON of fun for my children. The trampolines are well cared for and they have a good variety of activities kids can do including a large trampoline area, foam block pit, basketball hoops, a rock climbing wall, an arcade area, and a cliff that kids can jump off of. The party was kind of expensive and the hostess who was taking care of us disappeared after checking everyone in. We had to asked multiple times for plates, napkins and silverware.

The kids had a blast! There for a birthday party, pricing is reasonable, environment clean and friendly. Will definitely go back.

They make your child feel special on their birthday. The kids had a blast on the trampolines and laser tag! Just know that you need to cancel 14 days prior to your event if you need to cancel.

Had my daughters birthday party here. Kids had a blast. Kids did the trampoline park and later tag. There is also an ice skating rink, arcade, and concessions.

Great place, massive facility, lots of things for kids to do, price is ok. Overall kids have a blast and are exhausted when we they leave. Food court is nice, all the staff were great too.Minor down side:I try not to smother my kids, I want them have fun with other kids without me hovering. I did have to go searching for them a few times just trying to check-in. With the volume of people and size of facility it would be nice if some kind of gated entry/exit system was in place. I know others have said same thing.

The young man which I found out later was great personable and knowledgeable. I came in for gift cards and he explained every deal available. Great customer service

Pros: Good food, friendly staff, clean, fun place.Cons: Bad communication, unorganized, lack of detail when explaining things.All in all it was a good experience. It was our first time there. We had our daughters birthday party there. For the time we did have, all the kids had a great time. It was crazy there since it was a Saturday I guess. Our party was at 5pm after getting the kids signed in with the waivers (didnt know about) it was about 5:20, some of the parents werent thrilled about. The party room was very cool, not comfortable at all. I paid for the rock wall as an extra and it took 20-25 minutes or for anyone to come assist, even when asking 2 times. The attendant wasnt going to let the kids climb until it was explained it was in our party pack. They brought the food (pizza) before we were in the party room, so the first 2 or 3 pizzas were cold probably because it was cold in the room and they sat and cooled down. The fruit punch was watered down when the attendant brought it in, was told about it but just left it there to drink, the machine ran out. The rest were fine after that.Service was ok, the attendant was in and out. Staff was friendly, the ones I had interacted with. Food was good, it was a clean and maintained place, but I wasnt in the bathroom so I cannot say it was clean, but judging by the rest of the place I probably wouldnt expect anything less. I will not book a party there again, its way to pricy for the service and how I feel everything played out. No communication, not organized, the attendant assisting just disappeared a few times in the beginning. One of the kids mothers said she was glad she came, because it helped her decide she will not book her kids party there. We will go back again, just not doing the party. Im trying to be justifiably fair with my reasoning. I think they should of let us have a full hour since I did pay for an hour. I even asked if we could use the party (45 minute) room for like 15-20 minutes then go back out, but not an option wrist bands were good for an hour only.

This place has great laser tag! The prices are very reasonable, and the experience is extremely fun. However, if laser tag is the reason for your visit, make sure you either have a big enough party to play on your own or that you go when it is likely to be busy. My friend and I once payed to play for two hours, then we realized we were the only ones in the game. Unfortunately, our money could not be refunded. We were just given passes to come back at a later time.

Your Teenage employees shouldnt be playing dodgeball with younger smaller kids. Your employee struck a child in the face at full force. The kid had glasses on, could have been severely injured. The attitude he had was rude and incredibly cocky.

This place is great and fantastic.. they have great employees... this is a fantastic place for kids and or adults it is very fun they have trampolines.. basketball.. games and more.. I would for sure go again..

Great place for a birthday party!Everyone (kids and adults who wanted to act like kids) had a wonderful time. All we had to provide was the cake and presents, and they did all the set up and clean up. Wont think twice about doing it again!

I Recently visited with my family on a Friday early evening. I was shocked at the lack of supervision from the employees. The “workers” were more worried about jumping and playing dodgeball rather than preforming their duties. The building was full of what seemed to be 5th-8th graders with zero parental supervision. With the lack of parental and employee supervision it was unorganized and frankly frustrating to witness not only the behavior of the attendees but the employees as well. As many know this establishment is not cheap to attend and no paying customer should have to deal with what we had to. After speaking to a manger and getting nowhere It is sad but I do not seeing us returning anytime soon. Use caution when spending your Money here!

Need to hire more employees! Nobody was at the concession stand! When someone finally came so my daughter could buy bottle of water they took her money and left to get it and never came back! Teenagers appear to be working in some capacity but very immature. We won’t be back to this one.

Verey fun and tiring lol.Loved that its for the kids, but it is easily to be hurt in here if you dont watch your children...meaning this is a family place there are pads over the bars but non supurvised lil ones can cause injury.We will return my 2yr old loves the soft foam pit in the 10 below area... And I for one love the laser tag.. my 7yr old has great accuracy. PLEASE LET YOUR KIDS EXSPERIANCE THIS. ITS A FIVE IN MY BOOK BECAUSE 40 IS A GREAT 2HOURS OF PLAY.!!

Pretty fun place. One of the only places to take kids for a wholesome good time. The only thing is that the workers are all high school kids and I think they needed to have a bigger presence to try to control the kids. Other than that pretty cool. Has arcade and laser tag too.

Really like that children can also play hockey on the ice rink

MY KIDS ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION ️But, as a parent I must say that I think that it is BS that the staff that is supposed to be watching our kids....... Are not paying attention to anything except bouncing, flipping, talking to each other, and dunking on the basketball hoop? How is this EVEN A THING?? Then I saw the staff yell at a little kid bc he had his shoes on jumping on the trampoline??? Now to be fair, I know that this is a rule..... BUT, THE STAFF WAS JUMPING ON ALL THE TRAMPOLINES w/ THEIR SHOES ON THE ENTIRE TIME!-would definitely NOT recommend this location to anyone-

Extreme Air is our familys favorite place to go and have some fun! I love that parents can join their children and jump around and have fun together! We LOVE Extreme Air and would visit everyday if possible!

Kids party but I just watched. Seemed fun for the kids but seems dangerous to me. Supervision is recommended for parents, no phones actually watch children for safety!

The kids has a ball and my laptop went dead as I worked.

An awesome place to have great family fun! Facility is very clean, & staffed well. Plenty of options for the kiddos to do besides jumping. The only cons/suggestions I have are : Possibly provide a family rate for an hour or more of jump time or a membership deal. We would love to frequent more but as family of 5(3 jumpers) the price for 3 kids to jump for just 30 minutes is $30. Then if you want to do the extras its more. Also you need to factor in game prices & food prices (which are very high). Its business & they have to carry great insurance for a place like this, so I can understand inflated pricing on food for sure. But, as a larger family we unfortunately just cant budget more frequent visits.Also, going early in the day is the PERFECT time to go-as its not very crowded and the kids have plenty of space to jump. Only concern is the little kid area not being monitored more closely. We have experienced a lot of older children in the area(some even came very close to knocking one of my twins over) having no regard for the little ones trying to enjoy themselves.This is a truly wonderful place for the community to have for kids! We will continue to go regardless of our issues, just would love to be able to go more often.

We had a group 30 students & adults. They accommodated us no problem. Prices were great. The staff was super friendly. The laser tag was legit. And the jumping was enjoyed by all.

Great place. I would love to be able to play basketball or do something with a hoop in a more open area then just the small section they have. I understand that theres probably a safety reason why they dont have it, but it would be awesome.

High prices and not a lot of room for a lot of people.This place is fun to hang out at when its not busy, but after so many people are there it becomes easily overcrowded and less fun. I can see this being the reason for the high prices, and they did what they could with the space that they had, but it still seems like money could be better spent other places for fun activities.Its a great place to go for exercise, hang out with friends, and have fun, but if you dont want to spend a lot of money this isnt the place to go. The nonprofit discount helps, but without that I dont see myself visiting too much in the future.The laser tag is overpriced as well, I barely saw anyone using it when I went. Offering a lower price for larger group games could encourage customers to go more. The more people that go at once, the faster the line would move (if there ever is any).Overall, its a great place to hang out and have fun with friends, but expect to spend a good amount of money and hope its not too crowded.

A lot of fun but got tired pretty quick. We purchased a 120 minute session and left early. I am 45 so the younger ones could probably go all day. This place also has laser tag, rock climbing and a huge ice skating rink. The dodge ball arena’s were the best.

Lots of fun things to do. We took a 4 year old and she had a grand time. The only issue was with the staff on the trampoline floor. They all appeared beyond bored and uninterested in what was going on around them.

Definitely a good time! Needs some directions on where to go though.

My kids absolutely love it here. I love that its close to home and if you book through Groupon, you get a lot more for less money.

Visiting from out of state. Checked website for this location and stated they were open until 8pm. However upon arrival they let us know theyre closing in 30 minutes. Obviously they dont know how to update a website in this state. Thanks for getting kids hopes up!!!

I go almost every day. Just dont like that they dont have concession open and things running to get something to eat.People have always been very nice.

None of the games worked, they couldnt give me back the money I dumped into the machines for non working games. Place just rips people off. Girl at the counter said she knew the games didnt work.

Ice skating here is great if you can catch it. Family skate is only 2 hours a week. Also, the employees are all ditsy girls who have no idea what theyre doing. Dont ask them anything regarding the ise skating because they are completely clueless and wont enev bother trying to give e you any information. Other than that its ok.

Great fun place to let your kids blow off some steam during the cold winter months. This place is filled with kids of all ages. It can get crowded, but my little guy loves it here.
