The Fairmont Knolls Park Is Very Nice & Clean Plus Very Quiet,

Its really interesting

Enjoyable with granddaughters

This is a very large park but not to be so wide as it is long. At the front of the park you can enter just behind the tennis courts. These are public at tennis courts but they do not have lights and I’ve never seen them locked up. There is a all gender bathroom that was recently brought in along with a brand new state-of-the-art playground. There are four swings and plenty of balance exercises. The entirety of the playground is very safe with mulch and rubber padding. This is perfect for throwing a frisbee since it is so long. There are no lights on the tennis court or in the park so you might want to bring a flashlight after dark. There are two entrances to this park one is right on Fairmont Boulevard in front of the tennis courts and the other one is in the residential neighborhood. There are two large picnic tables on the cement platforms and a drinking fountain and several benches. This park has probably about a half a mile of sidewalk to walk along and will lead you into one of the back trails that Yorba is known for.

New kids play ground, new trial, kids love it.

Nice quiet park. Great for Kids 2-9 years old. Also has 2 tennis courts that are well used but do not have lights :(

This park is a hidden gem near our home. It has two clean tennis courts and a brand new kids playground. Parking is very limited so thats why it didnt get 5 stars.
