Great company to deal with. Marc has been good and productive in helping us achieve our sales goals

The owner Marc makes a lot of promises and tells a lot of lies. This company wasted so much of my time only to deliver a really crappy video that was slopped together. There was no story board as promised, no post production, they didnt even bother to match my pictures to my words and despite all the pre-production work Marc had me do they were so disorganized when I got there. The doors were locked when I arrived no signs to indicate where I was going how to get in the building and Marc wasnt answering his cellphone. Marc didnt even bother to give me a suite number so when a random stranger let me in I had to walk around calling his name for a half an hour. Honestly the guy is just an idiot! There was no running water in the run down building they are in and their equipment didnt even work. I sat in a broken chair for my interview with gum and a trash filled interview desk, Im mean it doesnt get anymore shaddy then this. I have done production myself and literally have never seen anything like this before. The sad part is you wont get anywhere with Marc because he believes his own lies and he co-signs his own BS. He will just push his lame service off on you the client instead of owning his lies, false promises and dodgy service that you cant even use because their equipment doesnt even work and they dont take the time to make up for their mistakes and failed equipment malfunction in production. I would give Marc and his service a minus 3 stars if I could. :-(
