If you actually want to learn, it helps a lot, otherwise this does nothing for you. From my experience Ive been able to understand how a lot of detail goes in a piece, if anything it teaches you how to be patient.

To tell the truth, Ive been there for quite a long time, great environment, but Ive learned nothing since the only thing you do is copy other peoples artwork
