Came here for the 1st time. It was a very nice and clean movie theatre. Everything looked brand new. Lots of parking right out front. This theatre is located within a shopping center. We ordered out tickets online prior to arriving. Once we walked in they scanned our phone, grabbed some popcorn and went to our seats. It was pretty quiet which I liked. Not many people going to the movies these days. We got to see Croods 2. The actual theatre we were in was on the small side didnt have a lot of rows. But we sat towards the back, 2nd to last row. The seats were recliners which were nice with a tray for each seat. No one sat next to us on both sides. I guess those seats get blocked off, not sure how that works? I just wish each row was leveled off more. For my child who was not tall it was kind hard to see over the seats in front of her, as the row in front of us, which I noticed was the same for every row, wasnt as lowered enough as you would find in other movie theatres. But Id come back here again.

The new seats added to this theater makes me want to come back. I used to always come here as a kid and its cool that they did some renovating. You can now enjoy a movie with an alcoholic beverage because they added a bar. This theater also offers Nathans food and other things. I like that. I love that I get a nostalgic and modern vibe at the same time.

Not many people there on a Sunday night. Saw honest thief. Everything went smooth and social distancing was to the max in the theatre.

Their popcorn is unsalted which is great for me since I enjoy a little popcorn with my extra butter. Clean bathrooms and clean and comfy theaters. Easy to get to/from. Convenient outside free parking which is well lit during dark hours. Courtesy and pleasant staff. Any talking / disruptions in the theater by others and you can report them to the staff for a warning or extraction. You paid for the movie you have every right to enjoy it. Good luck and hopefully you will enjoy this Theater also.

Last time I was at this movie theater was in the late 90s, I was dissatisfied at that time. Someone had told me they renovated and we decided to go back. What a difference. The main lobby area is all redone and way more functional than it used to be. Still a long wait to get popcorn and stuff as the staff did move quite slowly. That would be the reason for 4 not 5 stars. There is a bar as well in the lobby where you can grab a drink for your movie. The theaters are all redone. The seats all recline and have individual tables. There is more than enough space to recline and people to still walk by so you are not moving all the time.

A very nice theater with courteous employees. I use the app to buy my seats and rarely run into problems. The one time I did? The support team asked me to update or delete the app to update it. No problems since. Nice selection of items at the concession stand. Seats are spacious and adjustable.

Nice roomy seats, good concessions counter, various foods & snacks. NO INFO AS TO REOPENING DATE YET.

Space is Good for social distancing, pricing is satisfactory, and prices are convinient.

Before COVID19. This place attracts too many unsupervised teenagers. It was remodeled beautifully, comfortable chairs, but attacks too many teenagers.

Big stadium style seating, with trays to hold your treats. The staff is wonderful; there was a kid running up and down the aisle in a viewing of Frozen II, and they were professional and respectful when handling the issue. My only complaint is that there was only one working ice machine in the soda dispenser, but not a huge deal. Everything was clean (including the restrooms). Thanks to the staff who helped make the experience a good one!

I previously had this at 2 stars, but they did a great job with their renovations. The concession area is pleasant and clean, and the theatre seats were great. Their employees were also polite and friendly. Its a nice turnaround on their part.

Environment is so relaxing, people are friendly, the bar is well stocked. The movie screen and sound quality was EXCELLENT. If you have children especially the little ones this place is Great VERY CALM, clean and non of that rowdiness BS that make u feel like leaving. Very nice place to bring a date, children or even your mother in-law, even she wont complain.

Loved the seats. Each one reclines to an angle of almost 180° and was equipped with a snack tray with built in cup holders. The aisles are wide enough that there is no need to move out the way if someone needs to go to the bathroom.

Honestly a really great theater. The renovations make this place really cool. Seats are super comfy and spacious (that recline is clutch!) and the staff is wonderful - a real cool bunch. They answered my questions and were really kind, they all seem very friendly with one another too. Security was nice as well! It was pretty clean too. This is what going to the movies should be like. Felt nostalgic being here.

Not a fan of the set up of the lobby too much happening in a small area just too crowded and the fake food is just too much the quality of the food is in the gutters but a fan of the 3D the one of the best around . The reclining chair doesn’t recline enough with a trey that prevents you from getting in and out chair freely

Amazing when its empty. They still cant control loud people during the movie. Also today the volume of the audio was not loud enough and they didnt listen when I mentioned it to them. Needs better management.

Have been going here for about 20 years. Stopped after a newer theatre was constructed nearby on another shopping mall, but have come back since they recently renovated it. I love that I can reserve my seats in advanced and not have to worry about it once I get there. They have a bar, a small area for kids to play while they wait and a very comfortable seating area. Overall, I recommend it. Plus, if you feel like shopping before or after your movie, the mall is right there. And... parking is free. Its a no brainer.

The reclining seats are super comfortable. There is a tray attached to the seat where you can put your drink and food. When you first walk in the theater there are tables and chairs so you can eat, its very comfortable. The atmosphere is like family and friends getting together having fun. The prices for the movies are competitive and much more reasonable than other theatres. Showcase Cinema cares about its clients and it shows !Thank you!!

Excellent theater. Even though it looks very run down from the outside, you can see they did a great job on the inside. They have your traditional snack bar, but they also offer Starbucks products and and alcohol beverages. And they have stadium seats that recline and individual cup holders and trays for your snacks, so you do not have to fight with people next to you for a cup holder. Tickets are your standard price, but because of the amenities inside I would highly recommend over other theaters.

This movie theater reminds me of Ipic theaters but even more affordable compared to them. They sell drinks/alcohol & food. The seats are reclining and have a small table to eat. It was also clean. I will be back!

The seats are awesome! They recline. So comfortable. You get to put in your own butter for the popcorn :-) the food is even good. Very nice decor.

We had reserved seats with reclining chairs which were very comfortable. The theater and bathrooms were clean. Staff friendly and helpful

When you walk into the lobby the decor is nice however, there was a lot of trash all over the floors. There was popcorn, nacho containers with cheese still in it just laying around. It was quite disgusting. In the theater there were people just chatting it up and taking photos with flash while the movie was playing, just ignorant and mindless things like that. As far as inside the theater I like that there were little tables attached to the seats to put your food on. The seats were ok but dont recline very far. This by far is no ipic but for 15$ a ticket I expect the place Im paying to be in to at least be clean. Ive been to better movie theaters so I most likely will not return.

Excellent! A much better place than it used to b. Much better and bigger improvements, from the bathroom to the conception stands to the actual screen rooms my kids wife and I were thrilled. Good job de lux cinema. They even changes their name.

I love this place the most and 1 of my most favorite movie theaters. I go here all the time with my children and actually we just got finish watching the LION KING and they really upgraded this theater to new looking interior and design. This is the best place to go.by the mall area as well.

I love this place but when you buy your ticket you are shown the available seating. I was shown the first row available only. when the movie started half the seats were empty. I dont understand why they handle it this way, had a great seat right where I like it. Otherwise a great movie experience. Good food and small gaming room. Great to bring the grandchildren when you go before 3pm.

I loved the new remodeled Cross County Multiplex theater. Ive been going there since I was a kid and I must say it has stepped up. From electric leather recliners to small tables to place your food makes you feel right at home.

The worst movie theater I have been to!*This is not a reflection of their service,(even though the ticketing man was a little snappy) I did not get to experience any other services because I ordered via Atom, so I went straight to my movie.* (They DO have a very nice gaming area in the front, that we used later.)I was scheduled for Theater 5 on the first floor. I went to see Spider-Man: Spider Verse with two toddlers (GO SEE IT!!!).My problem was the seating. The seats alone were nice: comfortable, spacious, leather, automatic reclining seats with foot rest and a nice table. Only one problem;ALL OF THE SEATS ARE ONE LEVEL ON THE FLOOR.There is no staircase to walk up to your seat, every row in the theater was equally inclined. It was like watching a movie in the school auditorium. The toddlers I was with had a horrible time watching the movie because they had difficulty seeing over the chairs in front of them (and when I asked for a booster seat, the ticket-ripper man said they don’t have any because all the seats were equal). I actually had to recline the chairs in the row in front so they wouldn’t be in my peripheral vision. Also, the idea of looking UP for 1hr49min was just preposterous (But I did it).Honestly, you get used to it, except every once in a while when people go to use the bathroom during the movie and they block half of the screen, like you brought the movie off a seller on the train.I get where they were going, and this would’ve been an amazing experience, IF the seats weren’t all one level.**I can’t say if ALL of the theater rooms are the same, I could’ve been in a wheelchair accessible room. However, I won’t be going back to find out.

I wish I could have given this place 5 stars but because of type of people whom attend this location I really cant! The staff where all friendly, very helpful, pleasant to talk too. The bathroom was clean, as well as the auditorium. We had such a horrible night because of a group of men which kept following us around. Sitting next to us trying to touch our hands. After we repeatedly asked for them to leave us alone and keep it moving. I had to ask customers service to move us from that auditorium but now my group has to be scatter in order to be accommodated. They have recliners and small tables. Maybe at another time instead of evening it might be a good place to go. I will definitely give them another chance and will updated my review.

Crowded no crowd control at all, service at the counter is absolutely terrible. They will close a register without notice and leave everyone standing in line. They take dramatically long preparing the food, they always look mad and the area is nearly always dirty.

Place is pretty good people who go to the theatre are decent and its clean picture and sound is great

It was my first time here. The seats are comfortable and the fact that they sell food and adult drinks is a plus.

Big location. Convenient in the mall area. Great place for kids. And great staff and manager. When Capt Marvel show projector and audio failed, manager moved all to another one right away plus gave us all free movie tickets!

This is the closest theater to my house, it was recently remodeled and I want to love it, but I can’t. It is always so sticky. Every surface. Your feet stick to the floor with each step as you walk through the lobby and every machine and counter surface is sticky as well. If you want to skip the concessions and go straight to the theater, no problem. But if you want concessions, bring some shoe covers and latex gloves. Also, the guy only filled my popcorn 3/4 of the way and 2 of the 4 soda machines were out of coke and sprite. I love the movies, but think I will be skipping this theater from now on.

Nice theater. My daughter was mauled by bedbugs there. Thankfully I wasnt. I reported it to the manager on duty and she blew it off saying that they had leather chairs and it was impossible. I know things happen but the response was dismissive. Not going back there. Be careful guys.

It was great I like the new renovations. But my food took a long time to get. Yall need some help cooking and more employees handing out the food.

This is the ultimate movie theater. The entire establishment is clean and smells nice. Even the bathrooms are spotless. They have both traditional and more extravagant food options. They serve alcohol at a nice bar and sitting area where you can enjoy your date or friends company. The theater is clean, the seats are really comfortable, and you will truly enjoy going to the movies at this establishment.

My boyfriend and I stopped coming here years ago because it sucked. We came back for the first time in years last week and everything was brand new. Its a whole new experience and we love it.

The theater wasnt congested, not packed at all for a Friday night. I personally prefer Regal, but this theater was just ok. Good quality customer service though I must say. Also the theater room temperature was comfortable, and not too cold or hot. Overall ok no IMAX, just regular movies.

Omg! Its been almost 3 years since Ive been there and they have changed for the better... Now I went early in the day not sure how hectic it is at night but looks and feels great

I love this cinema because it has discount every Tuesdays. You can buy concessions/snacks here. Good restroom. Inside the cinemas are comfortable, reclining chair with drink holder and a place for those using a wheelchair. There is a ticket collector on a wheelchair that means the place is physically disable friendly/supporter.

If you come here make sure you treat this place like an airport by coming 1 hour prior to your showtime due to the lack of workers. Manager looked like he had to step in but that wasnt helping the lines. Never again will I come here ridge hill or palisades is a better option next time. Not to mention lack of celular signal inside theatre for T-mobile customers & no wifi to hookup to for extra signal help so hopefully no one ever gets those emergency calls while inside here. Smh

We went on Tuesday morning and found out that they had discount Tuesdays. Clean and. Spacious. Seats go all the way back..so comfortable you can fall asleep.

This theater was recently remodeled and it is very nice. The leather reclining seats for fantastic and they had a eating tray on a swivel to place your food and drink on. Not as nice as Ridge Hill or New Rock, but definitely a viable option now...

Don’t buy cocktails here. They are simply disgusting. Everything else looks updated from my last visit. I repeat, stay away from mojosos, margaritas and Long Island iced teas.

Nice, quiet, clean, bathrooms are new and clean, seats are cool with a tray for the food, and in the right side of the arm a switch to open like a recliner, my whole family enjoy, I will for sure go back, for more new realeses.!!!!

Train Dragons was awesome, first time going since they remodeled & loved it. Reclining leather seats, clean bathroom & friendly atmosphere. You can have a drink and watch a movie. it was such a great experience i told a friend and went the next week

The manager Stephanie Brown discriminated us because we are of different race. She was rude and is not supposed to be in the customer service. We bought 4 tickets for our family ahead of time online and because they did a mistake and sold 2 of our reserved seats to other customers, she told us to separate in 2. Instead of asking the customer to move because they are only 2, she want the 4 of us to separate??? I told her I bought the ticket k thw morning so I can choose the best seat and her answer was where did you bought the ticket? When I td her fandango, she said Thats why. Why they are partnering with fandango and other sites that sell movie tickets ? Additionally she asked us to go to the ticketing area but instead of attending to us first, she started to sell tockets. I told her the movie is going to start soon. We were given the seats in front which I usually does not want because it causes headache and neck pain to me. Then when we entered the theater the movie already started and we werenot able to see the first part. How terrible Christmas experience for our family

This theater is great but the clientele is mostly classless. A family of seven came in during the previews with a wailing infant. As in, that thing was screaming as they were allowed to buy tickets and enter. That was the first hour. The last hour, their two toddlers ran up & down the aisles the whole time. Teens on their phones throughout the theater the whole time. ZERO response/policing from staff.We were the only people who went to the bar to get drinks so were served in under 5 minutes. The lines to the soda fountains were insane!?! You know, it takes a child forever to make up its mind an even longer to actually do something about it especially when todays parents think that they are the only family on the planet. Dumb.Go here in the middle of the week while the animals are in the zoo. Should be perfect then!

The movie theater is completely renovated. They now have reclining seats with built in food trays.My only concern is that the first 3 rows are way too close to the screen and you will litteraly have to look straight up to watch anything

The cinema was renovated: leather reclining seats with a sliding table for food. Order and it will be bought to you. First class service. The ambiance is out of this world. Seats are designated before you sit down. Go enjoy the experience.

I always love coming here. They changed up the place up a while ago and I gotta say... it really did it for me. The place is nice and clean and the staff are nice. The seats they have are also really convenient. Anyways, Im always pleased.

I hadnt been here in over 10 years because the last time I was there is was so decrepit and smelled like urine. What a HUGE change! Very pleasant surprise. They have reclining chairs like youre at home. A table to put your food on. You choose your seats like your on an airplane. Be sure to be wide awake you see your movie because the recliners are very comfy!

The Cross County movie theater is a best movie theater in Yonkers! Great seats, great snack, and it looks fancy. Its way better that Ridge Hill movie theater.

Very social distance, very cleansed

I havent been here in years and it was completely different inside. I love that the seats recline back and I can put my feet up and get comfy. Bought my tickets through an app and selected exactly where I wanted to sit. I just had them scan my ticket and I was good to go. Theatre was nice and clean. Bargain Tuesdays are great! Tickets are only $8.50 which isnt bad at all...I skipped the concession stands Because it was a bit pricey. Will go back.

Havent been here in years and the face lift this place got makes it so much better. Now if only the rest of Yonkers was this nice.

Used to be the low-priced alternative to escape the ludicrous prices at New Roc City, and with better food, but it seems the years werent kind. Prices have increased on everything from tickets to candy, while I felt like I was enjoying going there less. Since its still my go-to theater, it gets 4 stars, but if I find somewhere that doesnt charge so much for the same low quality I originally paid much less for, I will probably drop it to 3 stars.

This theater has something for everyone. As soon as you walk in there is a spacious lobby featuring the concession stand against the far wall, games to kill time to the left and a bar to the right. The modern / updated look is a breath of fresh air. The theaters themselves have been updated with modern reclining seats featuring a tray for your snacks and drink. Gone are the days of holding your popcorn and candy on your lap while watching a movie.If you havent visited this theater in a while or ever, do make your way here.

I love the design of this newly renovated cinema. Its very throwback with a cool cocktail bar and retro looking interior design. The seats are seriously comfy and the whole theater just feels roomy and spacious. I havent eaten any concession here yet, but the popcorn smelled really good. I would have given five stars but the womens bathrooms were disgusting with toilet paper everywhere and three of the seven stalls had pee and poop clogged into the toilets. That was a gross way to leave an otherwise great movie experience.
