It was easy to send an item to Alaska. All I had was the item that I wanted to ship, and I was able to get it packaged, labeled and mailed for under $10. They had some other stuff for sale too, and if you are sensitive to scents you might want to go elsewhere, as the scented items did give me a headache.

I purchased my Spring Barrel tickets on the 26th of February, and noticed that there was a second address listed that was incorrect, and over the time of a month and a half I emailed and called numerous times, with no response or answer. When I finally got a reply to my email, she informed me that it was too late because the tickets have already been sent. Then asked if I could figure out where the ticket was. Horrible first time experience with this event, no one answers the phone at the offices. Customer service is terrible, and have still not been offered a refund for my tickets or offered an alternative.
